And where does this pure energy come from, light perhaps? <_< It's not StarTrek.

....I see, I must have misread that earlier post or they were telling porkies, although tis more likely that I misread it. Thankyou Lady Crimson *givescookie* On Narshadda you can get Influence with Atton by letting him unlock the speeders security interface. Use the nice option. To quote Kriea,~You can always have your way with the weak-minded through flattery.

(w00t) THANK YOU HASSAT! (w00t)

^ I have seen that mentioned before but I am yet to try it...If what you mean is, that if you have to keep loosing influence so the npcs think your a complete jerk then they become Jedi by themselves? If your playing female and take Atton with you into the Jedi ruins on Dantooine there is an extra influence moment when Disciple joins your party. If you kill the Twilek Mercenary that wants you to rescue him in the Military Installation on Telos you can get influence with Atton, but also loose it with Bao unless you kinda cheat by leaving him behind for a bit. Of course killing innocents will get you influence with Atton. However I think you would loose it with Disciple, damned goody goody.

Turn it back on... you miss a part of the experience (no, not XP or Skill points! ) otherwise That was only available on DX:IW's main site... but since that one is down Don't know an alternative adress for DL; but I could try uploading the whole track to Rapidshare if you want to. Just remember it is only the level (and credits/main menu) songs and NOT NG Resonaince (Sp?) (a.k.a. Kidneythieves) music. Makes it not that good as DX's soundtrack... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Please! If it's possible. Halo2's music (metaphorically speaking) annoyed the crap out of me. It was difficult to find the snipers with the music so loud, and muting would not help that. Wasn't 3D sound supposed to be one of the best features? <_< 13_Track_13.mp3 [Allegro poco] From the String Concerto in D minor/RV 154. From the CD Vivaldi Concerti per archi. Something I listen to when the Music is ****. Amazon has a minute preview so it's not illegal.... I hope.

Yes I had wanted, still do want to play DX on PC but I am not familiar with pc game requirements but I am learning. The port was probably awful because it was the Playstation, but it was and still is a great game. I liked it enough to considered getting a playstation. Then I remembered the Xbox slogan "Every time a Playstation is sold a puppy puppy dies." Last time I checked the sound track for DX2 wasn't on the Kidneythieves site, but there was a link to Amazon, shame about Ionstorm. I just scrolled down and saw the link! :D Ed: That one works. No music from Dx2.
-
I love the theme music by Kidneythieves and the title screen of DX2. I think you can get the sound track on Amazon. I like reading the books that lay about, the screams when you knock over a flaming barrel accidentally on purpose are chilling. Turning the corner when you think you have killed every one, then bumping into the enemy and he's as surprised as you. Spy bots. (w00t) A relative who brought their Playstation 2 was staying with us, so I rented the first one and forgot I had to take it back the next day,(Duh) that was expensive. Personally I didn't like the how the weapons in DX1 used different ammo, probably because I kept running out.

Can we post pics of body parts? Nice.... Tattoo.

^ Because the Battle of Yavin might not have happened yet.

australia (note the lacking capital). I was born in Griffith N.S.W, raised a little NW of Sydney. If you want to waste a nuclear strike on me here is the closest readable position of my physical form. Were I "live" Woodend ...(my life here but I wouldn't be caught dead here) it's a bit blurry, because light doesn't reach the bottom of the pit. Aim for High street or the Clock Tower on High street, just make sure it is Woodend, because every decent sized town has a High street with a clock tower in Victoria. If you choose to make a land assault make sure your white with a redneck and you will go unnoticed. You might want to start here>No one would mind I certainly don't. Just make sure the PM is at Yaralumla.... EDIT:..... After all that the link doesn't work. No impending bombardment from above. :verydisappointed:

Cold and veiny. I saw a mod for that, which heals her sight, raises her veil, and the hem of her dress...ewww. Fanbois. <_< What is she hiding beneath her cloths? A lightsaber.

I like my noobish photoshop efforts as well. :D I also did a tinkering with a drawing of Vivaldi....wel half of it. I think know what yours is. It's the original idea of the Space Shuttle or the Ravager, very nice.

^ From one who quotes Dante's Inferno. We can dream, but don't forget. :D

Not my timeline. We know from the game that Mission was 14 when Taris was bombed by Malak.Link Here is the Juhani one.Link So Juhani was 2 when she was freed from the Exchange, I thought she would have been at least 16. By that wiki she would be 7 when Malak bombed Taris.

Indeed Captain kirk kicked one alien in the knee. The plan to save the ailing republic was born from the Toad of Duxn that he often would lick. Bao licked the Dxun marsh Toad to get inspiration he didn't smoke some Dantooine grass.

I didn't read the post of James Dunn for fear of beheading, now that I have it's a bit.....archaic. Is it from Pre-Descarte theology?

BBY is Blah Blah Yadda Yadda the last Yadda is silent thus not BBYY. :D Why not the beginning of the Republic or the birth of Anikan. Jeebus. NO! Source. Worcestershi..... Um I mean Wookiepedia "BBY/ABY Timeline" Yay! $))!!!11
-
I think I was referring to the load screens and the opening crawler. I was looking through the time line on Wookiepedia and found some oddities. NOTE: to save my sanity I have left out "BBY" Before Battle of Yavin. I shall start at the begining. :D 13,700,000,000. The Big Bang. (It does say that). 7,500,000. The first sentient species evolved. 999,989. Records were first made but are indecipherable by modern historians. 499,989. By this time most sentient species have records that are decipherable by modern historians. 49,000. The Rakata establish Infinite Empire. 34,000. It says that the Rakata ceases to exist as a galactic power.... 30,000. Infinite Empire, the Stare Forge was built..... 28,000. The Sith Adas conquers his home world of Korriban, rules for 300 years and dies in battle ridding Korriban of the Rakata. 27,500. Alderaan colonized by humans. 25,970. Rakatan Empire collapses. 25,000. The Republic was founded. <_< 24,500. The First Great Schism, Jedi turning to Sithies. (w00t) Hurray! (w00t) EDIT (snip!) It doesn't say when Revan, Bastilla, Malak, or Exile were born....For perspective Ulic Qel-Droma Born 4018- 3986. 4,014. Canderous Ordo born. 3,994. Carth Onassi born. 3,976. Visa Marr Brianna and Dispimple,(sic) born. 3,974. Mira born. 3,970. Mission Vao born. Note: I draw your attention to this early, Juhani is apparently younger than Mission.... 3,965. Mandalorian War begins. 3,963. Juhani born on Cathar Mandalorians attack Cathar. Revan Malak, Exile, and other Jedi leave to fight. 3,961. Exhange driven off Taris...Juhani freed. 3,960. Mandalorian War ends, Exile exiled, and Revan and Malak go :poof: and disapperate into the dark and scawy unknown. 3,959. Revan becomes Sith Lord, Sith War begins. Malak bombs Telos....(Carth becomes Hyperdrive.) 3,957. Revan captured. 3,956. Taris bombed, Jedi Cival War ends. (Note: it says "Sith war ends" on Wookiepedia.) Sith Cival War begins. 3,955. Revan goes poof again. Sith Civil War ends, Jedi Purge begins....(They make me want to purge), Kriea stripped off power and title of teh Sith Lord. 3,952. Destruction of Kattar, Visas becomes Sith. 3,951. Kotor 2. Exile goes poof. I doubt that helps... Why use BBY if the Republic was founded so long ago...what idiot came up with that idea? <_<

Most popular SW character of all time

Um...no, because this is only one forum, and Xard said in others places Thrawn is more popular. Who now is young and foolish? -
Most popular SW character of all time
Purgatorio replied to Benjamin Korr's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
^_^ I like Kriea, Yuthura, Malak, Bandon, and Uthar Wynn. Their motivations are interesting, but the last two should have been elaborated on more, other than there sadistic power hungry bastards, (apparently Bandon had a penchant for torture, it doesn't say why).... shallow story telling maketh shallow characters. -
I guess snow is like what continuous drizzle is to me for those that hate it.... I don't know it's so rare here that it doesn't suck. It's supposed to snow today, but I doubt it will. Peers out window...nope still nothing, and I want to jump up and down like a Japanese school girl. ^_^ In a manly way of course.

Most popular SW character of all time

Maybe it's to find the most popular by voting. (Sarcasm unintended, but there anyway.) -
I didn't like Academy, I found the animation off like how Luke's feet didn't seem to touch the ground and how the PC was pigeon toed. Though enemy limbs falling off was good, as was the combat system. The graphics were not that great either, the character heads looked poxy and grainy the colours too bright, and I may be wrong but what were those things sticking out of Chewbacca's head...ears? Perhaps it was because he was really old, because the carpet looked a bit worn in places. The plot as mentioned before by Xard is crap. The one who turned to darkness was a little snot, so I didn't care about any thing relating to him. The twist wasn't very surprising, and at the time I didn't know about the recurring theme of resurrection in starwars. The less said about that the better. There were some good missions but overall they were repetitive and unchallenging. The multiplayer was good. I did like being able to hack at temporary party members, and killing Jawa was fun, but unrewarding slaughter. This was the Xbox version which I later gave to my cousin, he didn't like it either, but he plays counter-strike so.... KOTOR 2 is my favourite.

It usually snows at least twice a year where I live but it didn't this year, Not even blobby rain or the little frozen droplets, not hail. It has been cold not cold for others on this forum. For here, it doesn't get above 10 degrees C between March and September, and it averages 6 degrees....that is cold to me. It didn't snow much in the "mountains" either. Note: They aren't really mountains, lumps on slightly higher land is closer to what they is.
