Didn’t fix Felix’s quest, either. Seeing lots of comments everywhere about it not fixing the issue. I’m sure they’re aware.

I’ve been playing on Xbox but these PC requirements are definitely player oriented and I’ll be getting on PC eventually, great job and thank you.

Yep, I’m encountering the same issue. Waited on this patch but this quest keeps getting botched for me.

Absolutely amazing and well deserved, voted earlier today.

The quest for Felix is still botched for me when I start it.. I’m playing on normal, this is a bummer as it’s the last quest I need for the doing all companion quest achievement on Xbox. I’ve been holding out for this patch.

Any update on the saves not syncing to the cloud on GOG? Has been this way since launch, I see the GOG DLC issues have been fixed and was hoping there was progress made on fixing this. Any update would be appreciated. EDIT: Nevermind! Looks like a complete uninstall and reinstall after the latest patch, has fixed the issue!

Mine has pretty big dents and bends in it, too... and one of my D&D miniatures was broken, I emailed them about the mini but just chalked the bent box up as a loss. Not really their fault.

I have absolutely no clue what to do, I've now spent over three hours trying to figure this out....it's extremely frustrating. I've completed The Drowned Kingdom and The Endless Queries, but can't seem to figure this one out. I have found three fragments of Waidwen's soul.. the ones I have found are: Troubled Childhood Resentment into adulthood Bonded with Eothas I can't figure out what to do from here...any assistance would be beyond appreciated. EDIT: I'm an idiot and figured it out....

Nevermind, was a graphical glitch..I quit the game and went back and it finally left.

Stupid question I know..but I've rested at ins and campfires and can't seem to get this message off of my screen...Any tips?

Not that I've seen. I have all the DLCs installed by using the installers from the GOG website. The cloud saves won't sync on GOG still, so I always back them on a USB drive. Not ideal but better than nothing. I don't understand how this hasn't been fixed yet...

I think my quest is stuck, I don't know what I need to do to progress it? I'm stuck on "Wait for the animancers to finish recalibrating their machinery". I'm over 65 hours in the game and have been doing every side quest and bounty I can find. Is there something special I have to do (or someone I need in my party) to progress this quest? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, we get that book if the proper edition was backed.

I had to download the Rum Runners DLC from the GOG website and then verify files in GOG Galaxy, the DLC works but now the problem is none of my cloud saves will sync with GOG. It was perfectly fine and they synced, until downloading the Rum Rummers DLC... I've just been using a USB thumb drive to back up my saves and transfer between systems, old school but it works. I'll be super excited when these GOG issues are fixed, I prefer GOG to Steam but if these continue I may be forced to play on Steam instead.

Yeah too bad they can't release Deadfire on consoles the same time the PC version comes out. Hopefully it will be long before December 31 (which is a placeholder anyway). The Deadfire Pack before that would be awesome, however the console version doesn't seem to be selling like hotcakes at least from what I can see at Amazon, there's only 42 reviews of the PS4 version. So they may not have much motivation to put out something a little extra for the console players of the game, oh well. Just my estimate of what's going on, could be totally wrong of course (I hope). On the Pillars Console forum at Paradox, I got a message back saying they currently have NO PLANS to release the Deadfire patch on consoles...complete bummer.

I'm still waiting for the console version to get the Deadfire patch...the Paradox forums have gone silent and no one will respond to anyone's posts or messages, I have zero hope that patch will come. Hopefully with a new publisher the second one will have better console support.

I wish GOG supported cloud saves. I constantly used a USB drive transferring my saves between my laptop and desktop.

On GOG there is no upgrade option I bought the regular edition, not knowing how much I'd love it..Now? I can't upgrade at all. If I could, I would immediately.

I actually want to get that, just due to Obsidian. I'll be picking up a GOG copy before too long. I loved the first one, too.
