Shop broken in 1.2.6.1 iOS
Ethics Gradient replied to Tobold's question in Pathfinder Adventures: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
Sit tight, a patch is coming. -
The platform that generates a code gets to be the "primary" account during the merge, and the platform that enters the code merges into it. Technically it doesn't matter... but (and this is a big but) you should generate the code on the platform you care the most about. I think the merge screen gives a short warning to that effect. Should the merge have issues or fail, it will be easier for support to troubleshoot combining a "mostly-empty" PFID to the primary PFID (with a year's worth of random treasures, characters, and progress) than the other way around.

After merging accounts between Steam and iOS, the iOS in-app store no longer seems to function properly. [specials], [Adventures], and [Gold] still work correctly, while [Characters],[Dice],[Enhancements], and [Treasure] no longer appear to do anything. Already corroborated with a user report on reddit experiencing similar issues. This is on iOS 1.2.6.1.

Just merged my new steam account and my old iOS account. All my old iOS stuff was intact, the new dice from the steam DLCs came through fine, but all the treasure cards from steam didn't survive the merge. I'm sure it will get fixed eventually, but if anyone else has merge problems, might as well post here. PlayFab is probably getting hammered with requests right now, so I'm likely not the only one. #KeepCalmAndPathfinderOn

Launch time?
Ethics Gradient replied to gibby290's topic in Pathfinder Adventures: General Discussion (No Spoilers!)
There's was a short reference to gog in an earlier thread today. It's been nuts here, so it is entirely possible that this bit of info got lost in the noise. -
If you bought the RoTR bundle, you should be good. The bundle was never discounted from the $24.99 price. I just picked up the base edition on steam myself. Whether or not the coupons stack, waiting for an extra 10% off amounts to less than $2. I'll get more than $2 of play out of the game this weekend while we wait on the ambassador portal to go live. GO GO GO!

10 AM PDT seems to be Obsidian's usual announcement time. Maybe check back in an hour and see if the PC version is up. -
The pathfinder ambassador portal does not presently exist yet. We've been given a couple clues about how it might work; like: - Go to http://pathfinder.obsidian.net - Create an account / log in in the top right corner - Link your iOS or Android PFID - Get steam coupons and codes if your account meets their criteria But, it has yet to be implemented. The ambassador program is a late-breaking idea that the devs only off-handedly mentioned during a twitch stream last week. As soon as it is ready, the'll let us know how to sign up.

FYI, I'm not sure how long it's been since you last played, but according to the February Dev Blog, the rewards were intended for those who played at least one round of quest between the date of that post (Feb 13) and the following app update (June 13). I don't know the exact timeline they are using to determine eligibility, or if they considered players outside that window. You can always drop a support ticket with support@obsidian.net if you think that you should have gotten something, or got the wrong thing.

I haven't updated my data for the newest version of the app, but this is the list of likely offenders: Moonstone Earth Brown Scapolite Empress Green Fluorite Pale Sun Cinnabar Aquamarine Sun Gold Lapis Lazuli Marigold EDIT: I think it already got fixed. Go forth and open your treasures without fear of Rogue Rare Polyhedrons!

I think is the two-way approach to buying content that is causing disconnects. Let's just compare from the standpoint of the "Base" RoTR versions: PC Buy on PC for $25, and you have all the Base RoTR content, including all Uncommon and Rare Treasure Cards Can download the game on your mobile device for free and access your content there Mobile Buy on mobile for $25 (or via gold), and you have all the Base RoTR content Cannot go cross-platform for free. Must spend another $25 to get access to the PC version If you are just looking to get into the game now, your $25 goes a long way. If you have been a supporter from the beginning, earning or buying your way through the game, I can see how it seems a little unfair that PC players are getting more stuff for less money and they can go cross-platform without having to spend an additional $25. The Ambassador Program doesn't looks like it is trying to hand out free copies of the PC game or DLC, it just provides an upgrade incentive for invested players interested in the Obsidian Edition (and all the perks) to pick it up at a little over half-price.
