i cant seem to turn bao into a jedi yet i get little convo things with him like after killing people but dont get any influence with him

well if you talk to him he says he wwent to find a powerfull jedi and they the exile says he was flattered that he came looking for him

no no no what happens is revan when to unknown space with t3 as you find out by the video of bastala then sumthing happens to revan t3 then goes in search of a power full jedi (the exile) but kreia find the EH first and rescues the exile from the harbinger then gets shot and almost destroyed

atton was a jedi with me by that point lol
