Banana Reveal this card and it will create enough bugs to delay the next adventure deck for 2 months -

Obviously, the programmers here have a weird way of "culling" cards. -
When to add Treasure card

It's added when you begin a new scenario. I'm pretty sure upon starting a scenario, it builds the decks right then. -
Daily gold time limit?
jumpthegun replied to Manrata's question in Pathfinder Adventures: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
The subscription is for 30 days.. you can still buy another one afterwards. It doesn't stack so it doesn't make sense to purchase more than 1 before your current subscription ends. Each day you pick up daily gold from the store page. If you miss a day.. then you don't get that gold!- 6 replies

Patch Notes for 1.1.3 is now live!
jumpthegun replied to Aarik D's topic in Pathfinder Adventures: Announcements & News
I have an iPad and it still uses the old UI. Detecting and supporting all the different Android sizes and resolutions would be a challenge. I don't doubt that they're working on a more refined solution to detect which UI is more appropriate. I'm entirely certain people are just resistant to things that change. Maybe instead of constantly complaining, you can suggest things that could make it better? Like what makes the current UI trash? Definitely the location button. I wish there was a faster way to look at that information. The Cards having layering issues, which I'm sure is fixable in future patches.. -

I agree that the execution would need polish, but the UI change was desperately needed for small devices. I have a Samsung S4 and I had to put the screen 5inches from my eyes if I wanted to read the cards or the location powers! I love the new UI because I can now read things without looking like I'm 75 years old trying to read the newspaper. If they can replace the button with more of a sliding drawer, I think that would be better. -
Achievements?
jumpthegun replied to Rom129DCS's topic in Pathfinder Adventures: General Discussion (No Spoilers!)
Achievements are just things tied to either Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android). The XP gained has nothing to do with the game, but the level of your respective platform account. Think of it like Steam/Xbox/PSN Achievements that are just extra rewards people can strive for but not necessarily affect game play. -
Steam

I speculate you won't be able to play your past heroes in any of the new Adventure Paths. The original card game just isn't balanced to support "Level 18" Characters right from the get go. Anyone who has played the physical board game understands the struggle, but new players would riot unfortunately -
Those abilities are not exactly permanent though.. it would be cool if skills upgrade to the next die when maxing out on the +x feats. Like, it's cool the Quest Mode cap coincides with the Story Mode adventures.. but let's say the new Adventure Path get's released, our story mode characters are essentially thrown out! Will our Quest Mode characters be reset too? I would be pretty bummed if I had to restart every time a new path comes out

So I brought up this on reddit here . An issue with Quest Mode is that with how much we're able to progress, would it be be possible to ever improve your skill die? In Story Mode, or the physical game, your party is capped with how many unique scenarios you can play, thus limiting how many skill feats / rewards you'll be able to obtain. This isn't the case with Quest Mode (which is really exciting), so would it be possible to upgrade your skill die from say... d4 to a d6 in the future? permanently? So any subsequent upgrades would be a d6 +x, etc. I know statistically a d4 +2 is better than just a d6.. but upgrading to a d6 becomes better after a few +1 upgrades, and further improves your chances if other party members help you with blessings! If you were a dev, how would you implement this? If you are a dev, is this planned? Or will characters inevitably reach a cap? IS THERE AN END GAME? I was wondering if any devs or anyone can chime in and discuss. :D
