  1. Huh, I've never heard of this game? You recommend it then? How would I go about purchasing it?
  2. Are you my dad? Lasagna with Mocha Cheesecake for dessert, both homemade. Also a Cherry Vanilla Creme Hansen's Soda.
  3. Yep, its the usual console dumb-down. I think the claimed the real reason was to make it more action-filled but the AI is as moronic as usual and there are no fun gunfights, either you shoot them in the head or they shoot you in the head. What reall annoys you though, is that theyve ****ed up how you shoot. You lean round a corner and double-tap your mouse to take down a baddie but the game lags and only lets you fire a single shot... sometimes it does fire all the shots but in a lagged staccato so you miss what you aim at. It works fine in full auto but being all cool and commando by using single fire is out of the question. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> How can a franchise that's been on consoles as well as PCs for years only be dumbed down now? There's gotta be a different reason.
  4. I'd say yes but it's not really my place it's my dad's, you'd have to clear it with him. My place would actually be a pretty crappy centralized California spot though, seeing as I'm above most things of interest. Unless you come in off of I-80 in Auburn and you're really tired, then I'm about 30 minutes away.
  5. Dude, that serial was kickass.
  6. Actually I usually wear this when I'm in the Bay. "

    66. Nine TPBs.
  8. I have, and I've still never had that happen to me. I must look too sullen or something.
  9. When did that happen? I would've told 'im to pike off.

I was thinking about buying some of the trades of that now that I'm done with Preacher, worth it then? Oh yeah, and I finished Preacher. If they actually end up relaunching it I'm gonna be pissed, I like the ending, it doesn't need to be messed with.
  11. Why hasn't anybody suggested the Monterey Bay Aquarium yet? If you're in Monterey and you don't go to the Monterey Bay Aquarium you might as well not go. That place is rad. Hearst Castle is good too. If you make it to San Francisco there's this really cool little Wood Carving shop on the lower level (called One of a Kind IIRC) of Ghirardelli Square that's worth checking out if you're into...wood. Bernardoz Ice Cream is neat, but there's only like two or three of them, one I go to when I'm in that area is in Arroyo Grande, where my mom grew up. If you're in LA the greaseballs they serve at Tommy's Burgers are good. Basically make sure you go to the Aquarium if you're in Monterey anyhow.
  12. Nerd. I ate a massive piece of green enchilada casserole earlier. <3 homecooking.
  13. I busted a cap in his fat ass without shedding a tear. I ain't sure I could've done that ifit was Woozie.
  14. The Grudge. Kinda meh, creepy enough. I plan on going into my sister's room later tonight and making the noises the monsters made since the movie scared her so bad. Good fun.
  15. Am I missing something? Shouldn't the game have been released in a less buggy state?
  16. Dude, I don't care what you say, Woozie is one of the best characters ever.
  17. Baseball games are only fun if you have lots of food and ten well endowed young ladies to chat with. This is a fact and known to me by experience.
  18. Stop talking about Kirottu when he's not around. 's'nt polite.
  19. Escape should work for the saving and loading menu. 'B' for the Briefing screen, 'M' for the Map screen, and hold the right moust button for the inventory.
  20. Hey, nifty I've only had the one problem, and think it was a mount/dismount problem with where I was on the map. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hm... that's considered cheating. Wasn't there something special that happened if you beat Bloodlines without cheating? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think I've played this game enough times both with cheats and without to give a big fat NO to that.
  21. And an astute bargain hunter.
  22. See, this is why I really like the EB Games I go to (one at the Galleria, only Calax would be familiar) and why I was distraught when the corporation decided to stop carrying the used PC games. I don't like ordering used games online because of scratched discs. Just gotten burned with scratched and unusable optical media too many times. At the EB Games, they let me open the box, if there's tape on it they cut it for me, even though it's a hassle for them, so's I can get a good look at the discs. Totally sweet and awesome. But now they don't carry the used PC games anymore so I don't go there so often since gas is so expensive and they usually have most the same Gamecube games in stock anyway.
