Apparently with both Geyda and Azzuro, if you choose the option to pay them off, they'll randomly show up later when they're not supposed to. It's a bug.

I've completed the dilemma quest, and since then he's shown up twice without selling anything, and without actually *being* there. Like, I can't find him. He's also shown up to sell me a couple of things, so it's kind of a confusing situation. When he shows up without selling, it's almost sort of like he wants to give me the quest, because here's there for 7 or 8 days, but the quest symbol (the scroll) isn't next to him, I've already completed his dilemma quest, AND he's nowhere to be found. I'll see if I have a save file for him showing up without any goods. ETA: I don't have a save file at the right place, but here's a screenshot of the message I got the second time he showed up not selling anything. As you can see, it doesn't even say Azzuro's name. When he shows up with goods I can purchase from him wherever I am, so that's not a problem I'm having.

He has the boots of speed in my game, too. Maybe that's what's causing it? The bug is making the boots be boots of slow-as-molasses-in-January. ETA: yep, took off the boots of speed and it fixed the problem.

This keeps happening to me. In fact, just now I got a message that said, "He was almost set upon by brigades, but your patrols intervened." He who??? I looked and it showed Azzuro at my stronghold. Nothing to sell, no points, and I can't physically find him in the stronghold anywhere. Second time this has happened. He's just hangin' out, eatin' my food. I guess.

Yep, having the same issue. Also, the Marshal is both outside with the crowd, and inside the Great Hall--even after finishing the Battle of Yenwood Field quest.

I've been having this issue too. I keep checking for some effect on him, but there's none. He's just super duper slow. Also, every once in a while after he changes back he's green.

I had the same problem with Nedmar. I didn't try to rest with the lady downstairs, so I don't know if it's just Nedmar or all "free" rests.

Same question here. I'm chomping at the bit! We can only hope for the best, for the speed of mac play and the apple review staff. But it could take a while I tweeted Obsidian and they said early next week, along with 3.01.
