I'll repeat now what I wrote in another topic: This system (one master-one apprentice)appeared after Ruusan battle 1000 years before Skywalker when Darth Bane reformed sith traditions. Title "Darth" which was Bane's name also is used among the sith who exist AFTER Ruusan Era NEVER before, becouse this title was kind of a ceremonial respect toward the foundator and reformer of the Sith - Darth Bane (and so we have Darth Imperius, Darth Sidious, Darth Tyranus, Darth Vader and many others) What was really pathetic in KOTOR was that idiots from Bioware used the title Darth which shouldn't appear at all in this time period. It only shows us how weak knowledge about EU have developers of original KOTOR (not to mention about other flaws). The title Darth is characteristic after Ruusan. Never before. Sources say so...

I was wondering about KOTOR and one thing is disturbing me greatly. I have finished whole game ten times and I'm pretty bored with the same quests, same locations and same characters all the time. If KOTOR was such great hit and received over 100 awards why Bioware didn't release any expansion pack yet? I mean, other RPG hits like Morrowind, Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale have variety of new missions, new locations, new adventures and monsters which enrich original game so you can finish it once again and discover something new. I am happy that we will have new chapter of KOTOR but why we don't have any expasion packs to the first one? I would buy expansion pack with new additional quest or new planet for KOTOR 1. Anyone knows the answer? And second issue is if we should have hope that Obsidian will release in the future expansion packs for Sith Lords? For now the game is a mystery but next year we'll all finish it hundred times, and again...boredom. So: will be any additional candies for us, or will Obsidian just forget about the project like Bioware did?

Japan was so super but after 6 months they met their shatterpoint near Midway. I do not really believe that country in which 90% of all bridges were made of wood and without mineral resources can be compare to the power of Germany which had best scientists, brilliant officers and great education. Japan absorbed some US forces but Eastern Front was most important. Don't forget that Hitler was planning invasion on England and resigned only becouse he was afraid of Stalin's treachery. Third Reich had in plans also giant project of navy building to challenge anglosaxon nations. If they did't have to put so much resources into war with Russia they would build grand fleet (believe me Germans could build it really fast) and strike on USA together with Japan. And then you would speak german today. Thanks to the Russians then.

The best in whole series was "Dark Lords of the Sith" - art was medium, true, but storyline and dialogs were superior. Exar Kun's transformation into Dark Lord was shown brilliantly - it's a pity that in KOTOR dark side was shown in so childish way... Golden Age of Sith is also a masterpiece. I was stunned by a vision of ancient galaxy full of low-tech equipment and clothes taken from ancient mesopotamia. Powergames in the Sith Empire were brilliant. I think that Obsidian should hire Tom Veitch to work on their storyline. This guy is a real professional and knows SW universe better than any dev.

I found this interesting information on Lucasfiles, where some guy who was on EIII and talked to Obsidian officials gives a report about Sith Lords: Further tying the old game with the new, expect old characters to make cameos. In fact, some of the cast from the old game will even come back as part of your ten character entourage. Which characters will be returning was still being kept quiet, but you can all rest assured that the developers over at Obsidian are quite aware who the fan favorites are. Who can be our favourites? I think Bastila, Canderous and HK 47.

I don't really believe that Americans did any sacrifice during WWII in Europe... all you did was earning money on others' miserable cause thanks to this war you defeated Great Depression and US economy moved from dead point. This 3 million Americans entered fight in last phase of war (1944) and faced weak german forces The outcome of this war was decided on the eastern front and Russians are real heroes of WWII not some marines who were chewing gum and watched donald duck. This is just silly how those "western allies" exaggerate their small role. The power of the wehrmacht was broken by Red Army in a series of giant battles that required great heroism and sacrifice. Other war theatres weren't important at all. Eastern Front is in fact WWII. You say that it isn't, you lie. Americans just came and stole part of others' victory. Not to mention that Red Army destroyed "unbeatable" Japs in two weeks while you couldn't beat them for 3 years and only your nuke change their mind about surrender...
