  1. So, I guess we have to go to the supermarket?
  2. You made lots of questions and gave yourself an ugly face?
  3. Well, it is a democracy nowadays, Wolf. So Pixies, why can't we do what I said? Is my ignorance ugly yet?
  4. Because... it isn't completely open-ended and there are innumerable limitations to what you can do?
  5. Samething for desktops. Zing! Anyway, I picked this one: here. It is good for my budget, and I believe it meets my criteria. Also, too bad about that lappy, Sawyer. We do want to hear the story though. I just don't understand why people have to go and steal things in real-life when they have RPGs in which to steal stuff
  6. I am saying that the blood trail is still there and that Lou can easily follow it to where Mr. Shortly went, unless he had an escape vehicle, but we won't know that until we get to where his vehicle was parked and the trail stops, or whatever the case may be. So, (A) from the options prior to the most recent ones.
  7. Baley, that was like a TOMBS report.
  8. That piece of paper could have come from anywhere, and the guy might've picked it up and wrote that jr. high thing on the back, having yet to deliver it. Lou should follow Mr. Shortly and appeal to his emotions with a phrase like, "Janet payed your bounty and wants you to stop all of this, she is waiting for you right now." We have about a 25% chance that it was his, (or even if it was his dead buddy's, then his buddy might know/like her too). So he probably will ask, "where is she waiting?" or if we are lucky, "She's waiting at her house?" or something like that, giving a location. If he says the former, then Lou replies, "She says you would know." Lou tails him whatever the case, and interrogates Janet later, figuring out more about Mr. Stoutly and cohorts.
  9. Actually, that sounds like a good idea  Also, since Oblivion came out, I am assuming the standard for RPGs has become higher. That fact, in turn, has probably prompted the NWN2 developers to work harder in order to make a better game (it might be harder for Obsidian, but this isn't a bad thing for us consumers).
  10. HD-DVD has the name "DVD" in it. People aren't rational, they don't pick what is best, just what they are comfortable with and what sounds nice. HD-DVD sounds more familiar than Blu-Ray. I think the name alone will greatly help HD-DVD appeal more to people than Blu-Ray.
  11. (w00t) That's like intentionally missing while taking a dookie in an outhouse!
  12. Thanks Baley, but in this case, the thought doesn't count. That is +0 TOMBS points for you.
  13. And that is why I don't mind getting a gaming laptop. My argument is that by 4 years, upgrading a desktop pc throughout that time would have been just as expensive as retiring the lappy in terms of gaming after 4 years and getting something new. As Arkan says, he's had his for 3 years and can still run todays games, ableit at low settings, but i don't mind that very much. I want a laptop, and I also want to play games, so instead of getting a normal laptop and a desktop gaming computer, I am just combining.
  14. DOY! Everyone knows Exar Kun had a large wardrobe which included multiple pairs of boots!
  15. So, as the topic says, I'm getting a laptop. I want it for schoolwork and as a modest gaming rig. What are the specifications that I need, not too expensive, but as good for pc games? (also, it should at least support NWN2).
  16. Hmm, I forgot about that... this time at least. As long as people answer this poll truthfully, I can take the average of what was voted and will be able to say, "The opinion of the group of people that participated in this poll in the WoT forum think that the average age of everyone on these forums is ____ ." There are a lot of factors left out, like how the group is sampled only from people who visited and entered a vote in this thread. And that it is just an average of opinions.
  17. Remember the Kotor 2 forums though.
  18. Pshtut. Also, I like Doctor Who. I've been watching it on the Sci-Fi channel. You Brits are one funny bunch.
  19. For some reason I thought you were older You definately act more mature than some of the people around here <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I bet the average age on all Obsidian's forums combined is 14. It don't not surprise me none at all. Indeed, it is good to keep the thought in mind that the person you are arguing with vehemently in online forums has not passed 6th grade yet. Also, Krookie may have been joking, but when he stated the exact age it made his post seem more sincere.
  20. yup That's one of the Xbox/360's biggest problems, it's mostly competing with PC market... thus M$ is splitting it's focus between two similar platforms. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I like the apparent progress toward combining consoles and computers. The 360 has: a possible interface with a Windows-running computer, a hard-drive, a few USB ports, and online capability within Xbox-live. If only it could run linux (as the PS3 supposedly can) or other OS's.
