  1. It was one of the best tv series IMO. Wish they would do a movie.
  2. Only Bioware could do BG3, but I would prefer not to see it. Let the good old days of that great game stay in the past.
  3. NWN2 started to bore me. Went back to finish a game of Half Life 2.
  4. Metallica - Fight Fire with Fire
  5. Sure. Only because I get two weeks off because that is my jobs downtime.
  6. Heh funny.
  7. NWN2 with MotB, SoZ and the 1.21 patch.
  8. After playing Fallout 3, I decided to go back to Fallout and play that. After that Fallout 2.
  9. Both Baldur's Gate Icewind Dale Bloodlines System Shock 2
  10. Fallout 3, starting game two.
  11. I shall have to get this quickly.
  12. Great. I'll hang on to it. Now to find the alien ship. I found the ammo to the alien blaster in the general area where the Dunwich building is.
  13. That causes it's own restraints, and makes progression already more of a nightmare than it is... I don't believe you really thought about the impact of what you're saying before you said it... Think about it, and you'll see it is almost 100% impractical. Baldur's Gate is a good example. You go around and attack a bunch of townies and a bunch of powerful guards and war wizards show up and deal with you. You attack Gorion or any other key person in Candlekeep and they show you how powerful they are. There's ways around it. Everyone is killable in BG but you pay the price for attacking key people or innocents.
  14. Is there any use for the Deathclaw hand?
  15. I like min games. Kotor's Pazaak is great. Enemies that level with you. Just plain lame design. End bosses that are overkill. Yes they are suppose to be hard but not godly. Characters that can not die. Everyone should in the game should be able to kill. If it breaks the game, then designers need to design their game better. I'm thinking of RPGs here but games that have a short play time. Whatever happen to RPGs where you had 50+ hours of game play before the end?
  16. I like the Enclave armor for its intimidation factor. Too bad there's no Gauss weapons, I liked those from Fallout 2 and Tactics.
  17. I am sure we can be more civil with one another in this thread. I know quite a lot when it comes to modding or bug fixing in games. Been at it since 1998. Its an unpaid hobby that takes up one's free time. The only payment we get is thanks and appreciation from the people who play the games. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither are large scale operation like fixing a broken or unfinished game especially when you don't have the tools that the developers used. Now that I had my say, lets get back to some civil discussion.
  18. As I have seen mentioned on here before, the black screen usually means your saved game is corrupt and you will have to start all over again.
  19. Fallout 3. I am exploring outside of the city limits to see what is out there in the way of encounters or minor quests.
  20. I bought it when it was released, even got the collectors edition. I am enjoying so far.
  21. Fallout 2. I like the endless hours that it provided and the easter eggs.
  22. Being a game developer isn't easy. You live at the whim of your publisher and even great games can flounder and drown. If you're lucky people will like one of your games and then you get to churn out sequel after sequal because that's what the publisher will pay you for. I sometimes wonder what a Trokia KotOR 2 would look like. That said, as someone who liked Morrowind, I thought Oblivion was a horrible, boring and unfun game. If it can make money (and it did) Fallout 3 can make money. Lucas Arts wouldn't have liked it since it would most likely get a M rating. Seeing that their past games, Troika and when the developers were with BIS, had sex, drugs, foul language and gory blood, I don't think LA would have given them a thought.
  23. Redownload the patch, the file may be corrupted.
  24. And what is the problem?
  25. The Revan thread has run out of intelligent, relevant discussion.
