Thor 2 surprised me, it was more space opera than superhero movie. I think I liked Iron Man 3 more when it came out, but the more I think about Iron Man 3 the worse it gets. : /

Actually, I'd say go straight for Unity. It's simple (comparatively) and a lot of independent studios have started using it. I do agree with Orogun up here, get some hard skills. Pure game designers are sorely underappreciated because for every good game designer you have ten morons who can't tell the difference between a game concept and a story concept - it's almost always easier to get somewhere with a hard skill and then move on to game design from there.

I'm not sure, on the one hand the feeling of inadequacy is stretched over a longer time so it should be easier to deal with, but I assume time amplifies the effects.

Nothing more humbling than thinking you can do something in two days and it takes you five days instead.

Obsidian currently working on next-gen console title

I don't know who Constant Gaw is, but this person has an awesome name that makes him or her sound like he or she is always eating his or her enemies for breakfast. -
Well the fact that I liked it despite it giving me motion sickness says enough of how good a film it is. I'd say the problem isn't that the end is weak compared to start, but rather the start is so strong that it was impossible to follow up on.

A huge if, since so far the only things women I know have liked from superhero movies is Loki, Thor's abs and Captain America's butt. Saw Gravity. Gave me motion sickness for some reason. Good flick, though it starts out stronger than it ends. In fact, it kindof slowly collapses like a flan in a cupboard, but by that point I was on board enough not to care.

Silver? You mean "Europe's answer to Final Fantasy VII"?? Bingo. Bad Final Fantasy derivative, and I already dislike Final Fantasy so that's saying something. Whoever thought it was a good idea to use pie menu's for real time combat? -
Agreed - for example, my ladyfriend and I looked at some mummies in a museum and she loved it. Not very Valentine-ey, but it worked for us.

I don't remember why, but I really, really hated Arcanum. I know a lot of people here loved it so I wish I could remember why, but it's been so long that I really don't know. I seriously barely remember playing it, other than a feeling of dislike and a vague memory of a dapper looking half-ogre. Wait, does Silver count as an RPG? -
Nonek. Are you the wolf of wall street?

Have fun hiding in your basement in loneliness and terror until they run out. Unless, of course, the apocalypse happens while you're not at home.

You sound like you're fun at parties.

It's easy to post here when all you do is google translate the Russian simple.wikipedia discussion forums. If I copied everything I posted I'd have a higher post count too.

Happy Valentine's Bruce, and everyone else too. Even the grumps who pretend to be above it all.

It may be a problem with Rugby, but not the biggest - that'll be how weird it is that you are only allowed to throw the ball backwards. I mean, as a rule it's not the weirdest, but it feels so very counter to your instincts when you play it the first few times.
-
I don't know whether you mean real football or the american sissy version of Rugby that doesn't actually have a ball rather some kind of pig-skin egg, but either way it doesn't matter since both are extremely boring. Take up a real sport like martial arts or wall-climbing, or rugby. Something manly. Football is for drama queens and American football is a way for fat high school kids to pretend they're tough guys while they wear full body armor. (I wonder who got riled up by that. )

By that logic he also contains all knowledge in the Universe, since he was the guide in Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

And what a glorious fix it is.

Stephen Fry, National Treasure.

Oh my stars and garters. A good example of a waste of resources. This man should not be allowed to be breathing air when there are pigs far more useful than him that could be breathing it instead. He should not be allowed to eat, to use electricity to light his office, to use gas to warm his house. He is simply put, not worth the carbon he's made out of.

That's a question you'll have to take up with the modders who can use the tools.

What about Aumaua?

This reminds me of the character in the Thor movies constantly referring to Mjolnir as "meow-meow".
