Dont get out much do you?

Seven times isn't as much as I've heard others have played thru it... and I get out quite a bit, actually. I don't sit there and play 24/7... sometimes I rarely get to play at all some weeks. If I had more time to play, then I'd probably agree with Master_Vrook... it wouldn't take as long to finish a time thru the game. I know pretty much everything there is to know, where to get it, how to do most things, etc., etc. And like Vrook said, I try to do things to spice it up a bit... make it more challenging. Like, on my next time thru, I want to use armor only, no Jedi robes or the "Jedi" armor. That'll definitely challenge me because I'll have to rely more on my melee skills than Force powers (since a lot of good ones like Master Speed or Force Storm are restricted by armor). The only Force power I rely heavily on is Master Speed, so it'll take a little getting used to.
But, I tell you... I've never played thru a role-playing game and thought, "I'd like to do that again..." until KOTOR I. (Then I did go thru Fable twice, but it got old during the 2nd time thru) Then KOTOR II... only 2 RPGs I've played more than twice. No Final Fantasy, no Tales of Symphonia, no Phantom Star whatever-it-is, and certainly not Morrowind (I couldn't take 5 minutes of that game... took it right back to Blockbuster, said it was defective, and got to get another game )... or any of those others (including Jade Empire). So that's got to say something for the game. Even though it has faults, people still play it, multiple times over... and eagerly await word of KOTOR III. Smells like success to me.

Believe it or not; I've played the game more than 20 times.
