  1. I have the International Version of Kotor II, and I wanted to open the console, but it doesn't work. I added the lines EnableCheats=1 and Enable Console=1 in my kotor2.ini, but still it doesn't work. I don't know which key I have to press, so I tried everything. Still nothing.
  2. Revan went to the Unknown Regions to face the True Sith. But the homeplanet of the Sith is Korriban. And Korriban isn't in the Unknown Regions. And if it was, then it wouldn't make any sense, because the Exile can walk on Korriban without being noticed by "the True Sith". What to make of this? And does someone know where I can find a map of the Star Wars galaxy, and that is reliable?
  3. Orange is so cool. I think Sith are much more evil with orange.
  4. It's like the red is done in Paint. That could be done better in my opinion.
  5. But if you say Revan was DS, you find a Sith Holocron on Korriban where Bastila says that Revan didn't intend to keep the Star Forge. That it was too dangerous for the Sith. All of this is strange. Though it is Star Wars, there has to be "a little" logic.
  6. I was playing K2 when someone (I don't know who) said something about Revan when he conquered the Galaxy. He/she said that Revan, when he conquered world after world, destroying one after another, conquered Onderon without destroying everything on the planet. Because Onderon is one of the planets on the edge of Republic space, Revan may have known about the "real" Sith threat when he was Dark Lord. If that is true, then why didn't he attacked them then when he had a huge army? And I have another question (don't know if it has been asked before): If Revan was DS in K1, why would he attack those "real" Sith, instead of joining them?
  7. If the guards still lived, I would have done the same...
  8. There will always be good and bad games, like there are good and bad movies. Because LucasArts has made (and still makes) a lot of SW games, the chance that there will be bad ones is very big. I only hope that Kotor II hasn't put the works on Kotor III in danger. I'm not saying that Kotor II was a bad game, but with all the history that it has, there were complaints about the game and the support of LA. I read an interview somewhere of an employee of LA, saying they would make less games, so they could makes better games than a lot of bad games. I've seen that LA has improved the last couple of years(2003-...): Games like Kotor, Battlefront, Republic Commando, Jedi Academy were well received by the gamers and SW fans. Personally, Kotor II may join that list. With games like Empire at War and Battlefront 2, the future seems bright for them. I only hope LA learns from there mistakes, and that Kotor III joins list of good to excellent games too!
  9. I'm playing DS this time, and on the Nar Shaddaa Docks, there's a man called Lootra, who lost his wife, Aaida and came looking for her on Nar Shaddaa. I killed him, and went to Aaida to tell her I killed him. Well, I said I met a man called Lootra, and then she goes wild. Then I clicked the anwser: The path is clear, the Exchange has been dealt with. This was obviously the wrong answer, I didn't read the sentence, I thought is was: the exchange has dealt with him. So she's happy, goes to the Docks. I went too, she's there, but her husband isn't. She says thanks, and now I have another unfinished quest (Power Shortage is the other). Anyone has encountered this bug?
  10. Aah. Guess that makes sense. I was a bit nervous when I didn't saw Force Crush in the list of Force Powers you could choose from. Thanks everyone.
  11. This may seem a stupid question, but isn't it supposed to be that your character can chose Force Crush and Force Rage in the game? I don't know if this is asked before, or if it is in the game, but I heard some things about it and the trailer shows Force Crush, and I've seen a screenshot of Force Rage. Maybe you have to learn it from a NPC, I don't know. Can someone explain?
  12. I just wanted to mention something: because TSLRP isn't putting back the Nihilus vs. Sion scene, some guy at the forums of TSLRP says he's working on it. You can download an early version of it at knights2end.com. (just look for posts made by darkwarrior. Darkwarrior is making it, and Valec is the one who has suggestions. The two of them want to implement the Nihilus vs. Sion scene in S's Lonna Vash Mod, and are trying to convince S to do it. Don't know what to think of it, really.
  13. To be honest, my problem, the Dantooine lag in Kotor2, was solved by switching from Nvidia to ATi. Now I use an ATI X800 Pro, and now I have lag in Dantooine in Kotor1, where with my geforce 4, I had no lag in Dantooine in Kotor1, but in Kotor2 I had lag.
  14. You couldn't withstand the temptation or you're just right... I know that the text is a a bit long and farfetched, but it was a long day today, you know.
  15. If we would accept the theory of some here (the fact that Nihilus is part of the exile), then there's something I'm thinking about. The Exile is a wound in the force. He/she managed to do that by cutting him/herself off of the force. Because he/she cut him/herself off, a part of him/her is gone. That part would go in someone that was close to him/her. That became Nihilus. So, the universe has to be lucky that the exile existed at the same time as Nihilus, otherwise no one could stop him. So I was thinking, if someone cuts him/herself off of the force (just presume that it happens all the time), there will always be a part of that person that is in another body, so for every person who cuts him/herself off of the force, there's automatically another person who's a danger to the galaxy. That means every time someone cuts him/herself off of the force, the galaxy doesn't need to fear, because it's all in balance. Let's say, 3 exiles = 3 nihili. Am I correct? Or just crazy?
  16. Learn from you mistakes, young padawan. Do not be too ambitious. Ambition leads to greed, blablabla, ... leads to the darkside. Well, I can understand them a bit. They wanted to make a game for the Kotor fans that was bigger, more challenging and with a better story. They failed in all 3 in my opinion, but (maybe) only because of the amount of time they got to make the game. They realised too late that it was too much to do in such a short amount of time. Still, they made mistakes. And now hope they don't fall to the Darkside again. (that's possible, isn't it?)
  17. Maybe Kreia wants to wound the force even more, but why would she then talk about the future of the exile's companions. If she tells that Visas will be the key to the Jedi (I thought she said that), and that the other jedi will be happy 'till they die, then why is that force wound necessary (in her eyes)?
  18. When do you see the hologram, never saw it before. And T3 talking about Revan, never has that happened to me. And I had a lot of influence with T3. How do you do that?
  19. Or you could say he was manipulated by Kreia, and so turned to the DS. Another thing: I thought he rejected the will of the force because the will of the force was to turn him to the DS...
  20. What about T3, wasn't he with Revan when he went, or there was someone who mentioned the droid somewhere, don't know anymore For LS Revan: Zaalbaar said to his father that he would come back one day, and he realised if he followed Revan he would never have the chance to go back to his homworld (my opinion).
  21. Congrats OE. Maybe there was no real competition, but then again, if Kotor 2 would have been a bad game, they wouldn't have won it.
  22. I'd like to say one thing about Nihilus being the dark side of the Exile. If you play as a DS in kotor2, how can he do that? His darkside is gone?! And I don't like the idea of Revan turned to the Dark side (if that would be the case in k3). The char. you played with in Kotor1, Revan, you have sort of special bond with him/her. same with the exile. You don't want you're two heroes/villains fighting eachother 'till on of them's dead, do you?
  23. I ... don't think he still lives. He was old in Kotor. The disciple mentioned something about him.
