Carth was an interesting, well-written character and I look forward to his reincarnation in Mass Effect 2 as a "new" character in your party. On a more serious note, I think I'll enjoy ME2 a lot more than Dragon Age. At least it doesn't have a weird ad campaign.

*cough* Beneziah *cough* Funny how I first typed Barenziah, though. I've been trying to forget about her, thank you. She is the worst designed character in Mass Effect. Stupid looking suit and hat, bad (also predictable) writing and terrible voice acting. Every other character I liked or didn't mind, but she just gets on my nerves whenever she's on screen. I've actually started not bringing Liara along for Noveria only so I don't have to listen to any additional lines from her. HAAAAAATE.

I'm also willing to bet regular MMO players wanting to try it will start playing it, reach the first few cutscenes, dislike it and give up soon after. It's not whether the game is good, it's that I really doubt people will play it right or play it at all.

I'm pointing it at a really bad looking platform that serves as the hunter training place in Orgrimmar. It looks like something out of the Flintstones except more square. I'd just add some more doodads, anything to add detail, because the entire platform is that empty. I'm a graphics whore, no matter how I try to disguise it.

On the other hand you've got World at War with a ridiculous amount of corpses on the ground. Considering you have to crawl a lot, you'll be crawling through corpses, which is somewhat disturbing.

It felt really annoying in Bioshock, but almost ruined the game's ending in Mass Effect. Near the end the textures took nearly 30 seconds to load, and even then they popped in and out for no reason.

I have to wonder why they didn't simply make a third KotOR, since it looks really single-player oriented.

Shadow Operative seems lame (exaggerated is something, but the supernatural power to completely disappear feels ridiculous). Reducing enemy awareness could lead to really unconvincing AI, since they can barely see at a certain point.

I've seen things that you people wouldn't believe. A forum full of people who believed that Digimon were real and "the Event" was coming where our world would be joined with the "Digiworld". A place solely dedicated to gruesome pictures of dead people. And 4chan, oh god, 4chan. All these sites will (hopefully) be lost in time, like tears in rain. I know a former zoophile furry lesbian who used to hallucinate a red werewolf who acts as some sort of guardian and control-freak-boyfriend-with-violent-behaviour . But now she's taken pills and she's seeing wonderful cute pink things. She also has a fascination with rats, skulls and painting horrific and gory images with, occasionally, her own blood. She's not the worst. By "know" I mean have talked/chatted with over the internet long enough to know her.

What was that about the clicking and reactions? Oh. No I meant the clicking is fine, it's just the reaction to the hit (click) is important as well. EDIT: The monk class looks incredibly badass.

Hey hey hey hey. Slow down. I dislike the lack of detail in textures and polygon count, and honestly expected Blizzard to pull off some better looking characters, but other than that I've already said the game will be enjoyable. Also it's Diablo. Blizzard can't mess it up.

Well if clicking on an enemy is the only thing you do for most of the game, the reaction should at least be interesting.

WoW's art style is just there to compensate for having to support older computers. Say all you want, the game is not pretty. One quick look at Orgrimmar makes me cringe.

Who gives a flying fart, really? I mean, this isn't an in-your face kind of game where graphic wizardry can mean a whole lot more in terms of immersion. It's a 'I can barely tell what the monsters face looks like' top down perspective. It's much upgraded from the old games and looks fine for playing. Oh, of course it'll be fun. It's Diablo. But hack-n-slash, when not in 2D/isometric, is somewhat more fun if the graphics don't look dated.
