empire at war? nope.... it's primairly single player but you can go at it in tactics battles with another guy... think rome total war with a star wars twist.

whee! more empire at war! Attack! is me attacking a space station up close... lots of ties. Dark Knight is Vader on Degobah before any fighting happens... I used him and him alone to take that planet. Sabered is vader killing some poor sob on Degobah Shields are down is what happens when a group of y-wings knocks out a VSD's shield hardpoint. Poor acclimator is Capt. Piett coming up underneath an accilmator that got demolished by several frigates, it didn't die but all it had left were two lasers and it's engines. Ouch is a bombing run on a single rocket trooper Fireaway is rebel artillary firing at vader Death of a ship is what happens when a frigate 'splodes up close

actually... they do have recognisable units and heros. you'd have to get the art director from KotoR and the guy who illustrated the Sith War (graphic novel) to put their heads together for the game but you could concievably come up with a pretty good game with bastila and Revan on oneside as leaders with the admral guy and Exile and Carth as commanders. It's hard to come up with Kotor hero's for mandalorians... I think we'd have a better chance of seeing the Sith war come out as a game over Mandalorian wars. you've got heroes and villians to fill out the rosters and you could easily get ships and designs for it.

In marvel Mutant is sombody that NATURE made into a metahuman. IE their genetics made them have their power. all the others are simply Metahumans. In most comics it's considered normal to refer to most heros (hawkeye, batman being human aren't) as metahumans. Ultimatly I'm not an "as they come out" comic reader. I wait and pick up the trades. thus I can't say what exactly is going on in civil war, but I'm sure the guys over at the COH boards know. Also from what I can tell, the civil war will mainly revolve around spidey. Because Bindis is a jerk when it comes to storylines and his favorite characters (who seem to be Wolverine, spiderman, Cap America, Ironman, and Colossus. I think he HATES Kitty Pryde, Beast (he killed beast off real real fast in Xmen.) she hulk, and night crawler.) House of M was essencially Bindis version of making marvel continuity his. because of how he did it he could depower who he wanted and empower the others. He's OFFICIALLY made Wolverines name Jim Howlett, and after the house of M Wolvie is supposed to remember his entire life. but I have yet to see anything that indicates that Chris Claremont or other writers for Xmen really care for that. thus right now it seems like a better time to pay attention to DC rather than Marvel's continuity. With Infinite Crisis the just put everything back to the seperate earths. IE we get earth bound god superman back along with all those wackey different stories from different continuities... Elseworlds get their own version of earth, that sort of thing. Also the Identity crisis spun things topsey turvy causing the JLA to break up and now we have Hal Jordan back among the green lanterns. (he's the one who went bezerk in 1994). so yeah... comics are still wackey but DC isn't going insane and changing the status quo THAT BAD. Now for the movie... I saw a really messed up version of a plotline for it and hold out hope.

they also have tauntauns, sand people, jawas, a wampa or two, and mon calimari. also you can use boba fett to fry em anything with a flamethrower.

theres nothing funnier than watching the Emperor electrocute a skillion ewoks.

well it's pretty open ended... the only real thing that the character needs for my senario is a significant other. heck you might get to pick a few of their traits as well so you could have gay's, lesbians, strait and maybe a threesome family going on.

I think it'd be fun if your "quest" was instead of somthing to save a colony or city or somthing was to save sombody close to you... por exemple, the PC is a middle aged man who was but a young boy of 17 when the disaster happened. he and his girlfriend were able to hide in an abandoned missle silo, or somthing big like that, in russia (cause we all know the russians were paranoid) and started living out of there. eventually it became a small community as more survivors started finding their way to the silo. so eventually the silo becomes one of the first cities. When it's safe to go out the community simply sprawled out side with the silo's top door acting as an entrance to the residential district or somthin like that. but you don't have everything you need because your community is a group of stragglers. anyway.. the PC and his (now) wife are living together when she gets sick. so the pc sets off on a quest to save his wife by either A) finding a doctor, B) finding a miracle cure (ie mutated plant) or somthing like that. maybe in one of the endings the wife dies and you continue your life as a wanderer who does odd jobs. Or in another you find another woman who captivates you and you start finding reasons why to not save your wife... thus the story is more personal rather than "Save teh WORLD you supid n00b!"

superman WON'T be able to die... they'll have several comic bookie villians. and reloading will be checkpoint style
