  1. Presumably they could split the total amount up into many smaller injections and a new form of tattooing would result.
  2. If he absolutely has his heart set on it aren't there some old Soviet planes that had tail gunners? From the sixties. They're bound to be running somewhere in Africa. Too late, he's got a degree in Ancient History and followed it up with law, and now he pratices the latter in Papua New Guinea. If there's one thing I learned by becoming friends with mercenaries it is that it is NEVER too late.
  3. The real landlord, not the letting fethwits came by and we got our warfaces on wrt the rodents. I scored some non-cvilian poison and pushed that up into my ceiling. We're calling in this real gung ho exterminator on Monday and going to make a plan. Those furry bastards don't know what they've stirred up. All quiet on the ceilling front last night. Maybe they've got wind of us.
  4. The quote I've always wanted to use most has to be either "You may fire when ready." - Grand Moff Tarkin Or "They couldn't hit an elephant at this dist..." General John Sedgewick. ~~ Although my favourite quoted exchange would have to be this story "His brother-in-law, Lord Uxbridge was by Wellington

  6. If we were all vaccinated, and it is in the nature of vaccinations that they work best when done en masse, then you would be perfect for all sorts of modelling. You would be exactly like everyone else.

Peanut butter fills in some gaps in the flavour and compliments the lentils. You can use a whole teaspoon if you like peanuts. No one is allowed to throw in a spoon on its own.
  8. Can't say I agree. But I'm far too clinical as the main protagonist to warrant a movie. wasn't saying that the entire game could be turned into a movie. Only that the gun fights were like those of say, the matrix and Die hard. (scenery included) after all in what else would you see sparks flying off of EVERYTHING when you hit. Sorry, my point wasn't to ridicule yours. Merely my sneaky creepy, run hide and ambush tactics!
  9. God DAMN that looks good. If the game themes are as good as the art it may take my MMO cherry!

I would also settle for the main theme from 'Where Eagles Dare'.
  11. Well, how does your perfect day go?

The simplest appetising dish I can think of would be soup. First you're going to want to set some finely chopped onions frying gently in a pan with only a little oil. While these are softening, crush a clove or two of garlic and sling these in. Next cube up about half your tin of SPAM and toss that into the oil on a high heat. If you have any paprika add it now. Once all this is fried up reasonably crunchy pour in a bunch of red lentils and some stock (lamb stock works best). Add a half teaspoon of peanut butter and stir. Simmer, while adding water and stirring until you have a thick soup - about half an hour. My rice and SPAM was great, btw.
  13. I couldn't help laughing there, Gorgon, at the idea that the most unattractive thing about my body was the half-inch circular scar on my shoulder! I'd happily have the words 'pork and beans' tattooed on my neck if it would give good odds of preventing cancer.

  15. What? Wait? What? You're in the UK?

The delicious taste of SPAM cannot be denied.
  17. I notice that the BBC today announced that HPV is also linked to throat cancer. via 'certain' methods. Which should surely nail the issue.
  18. We had a really good magazine called Roleplayer Independent back in the day. If they'd had the option of being online based they might still be with us.
  19. I don't know if you meant in this way, but you can get the WHFRP novels from Games Workshop stores, and places like Amazon. My favourites would have to be just anything by Dan Abnett, and the Konrad series. Another good book would be the compilation Ignorant Armies
  20. Surely social welfare could be implemented in a better way than SS, though. Fair enough. Did you have any ideas, or was it a general observation?

All this talk of SPAM has made me hungry. I went out and bought SPAM today. I am just about to cook it up with rice and peas now, a few fresh chillis and some coriander.
  22. I read left to right. When I found the correct option I ticked it.
  23. I think we'll see PTSD being caused long before physical damage.
  24. I've always regarded philosophers the same way I do rowers. They're clearly doing something I can't but the question remains WHY they are doing it. This is why we have psychotherapists.
