  1. Why the hell aren't you wearing shoes?
  2. My money's on a private firing. Plane's an old Frogfoot, hung up on chains, in weird looking colours. Don't know what that missile is, but anything legit would be rigged to travel further before exploding. And that target looks pretty much pointless. No measuring devices, place looks like a junkyard more than a firing range. Su-34 Fullback strike fighter actually from the looks of it (side-by-side pilot/co-pilot cackpit, nose that looks like a platypus'). And when has the Russian aerospace been known for exceptional OSHA compliance? I think you're exactly correct! I don't know why but I thought the Frogfoot was side by side. Shows what I know.
  3. Have a heart Rosbif. Not all of us have your magnetic powers over lingerie models.

  5. I also happens to be th enoise I make when I stifle a sneeze.
  6. I've just answered the door with a kitchen knife between my teeth and an annoyed look, actually made a little girl recoil. The Jehovah's witnesses are undeterred by that though. As I think I may have mentioned before I just told them that I couldn't rule out needing to kill someone for Queen, Country etc. When they objected that many LDS are in the Armed Forces I put it to them that I had no intention of joining a group which failed to take its own commandments seriously.
  7. More sad than funny, but still awesome:
  8. Knackered my throat yesterday singing Graveyard - The Siren. Thanks a bunch for recommending it .
  9. Apparently, my singed right buttock.
  10. *grabs Raithe by lapels* A nine letter abbreviation? Seriously? WHAT THE FETH IS NTSFSDSUV?
  11. Another update from Stratfor.com. Bit dubious about whether they've really captured an Iranian agent. But an unstable Turkey would certainly suit Iran's policy on Syria. Turkish police arrested an Iranian national in connection with violent protests in the Turkish capital, a Turkish government source said June 4, Today's Zaman reported. Identified as Shayan Shamloo, the suspect is believed to have ties to Iranian intelligence.
  12. Putin's Russia need fear no concrete block, twenty feet away.
  13. That's why I steered clear. Thanks for confirming. Annoying how Hollywood can reduce films down to the WRONG bare essentials. Like somebody reducing spaghetti sauce to just tomato seeds.
  14. How. Do. I. Make. It. Stop? Wash it out with.. oh, maybe this? http://youtu.be/PxygOy3cEMY You unspeakable ****. Good thing my speakers weren't on. Actually, strange story, but on Saturday I went into a massive drum n bass mode. Listened to it for 4 hours. Then quit, like my body had acquired enough of some trace element.
  15. Have you tried claiming that you work for Halliburton and your contract stipulates no private sponsorship for anti-bribery reasons? This will work for two reasons: 1) No-one really understands anti-bribery legislation 2) Everyone knows Halliburton are evil
  16. I'm imagining it right now...
  17. I'm pretty sure I 've seen the combination of 'big ass cube' and 'weird ass external texture' before also. Isn't there a BBC building on Marylebone with something similar?
  18. On your point about translation. Is there maybe some non-lexical flow imparted by the shape of the Chinese script which you could only get from a skilled translator? Just a thought. It's one of the things I've wondered about. The structure of written chinese is one thing. But also to consider, a lot of those texts were originally produced before the written language was "codified" and "reformatted" as it were by the first Emperor. So how much that caused shifts in the original structure and language, before someone attempted to roll it into English. Of course they could just be rubbish. I'm not attempting to re-read Clauswitz until they legalise marijuana.
  19. Laugh it up, fuzzball.

  21. Nice to see my fight or flight is capable of combining. Actually I'm mainly glad that I did ANYTHINg rather than just stand and admire it. Even a couple more seconds would have meant a lot worse damage to the kitchen units. As it is it's mostly soot everywhere. And I've just managed to get most of it off. I tell you cream cleaner is GENIUS.
  22. Well, I thinkin theory you're suppose dto put a blanket over the damn' pan, but my first reaction was something like "Bastard's on fire! F***ing cheek! Well, that's going outside, then!"
  23. Well... ...Actually I can't say what they've been up to so far because there would be spoilers.
