KOTOR as a setting is about Sith vs Jedi. If you don't want to play Jedi vs Sith, then play something other than KOTOR.

Bioware is better at RPGs? How? KOTOR:1 had absolutely horrible dialogue. The game didn't really have much of an ending. You saw people stand around, and credits rolled. And the differences between the two endings were miniscule. In almost every single regard, KOTOR:2 was superior. And don't get me started on NWN. That was a god-awful single player experience. Black Isle used to take Bioware engines and make better games. Obsidian is founded by several former BIS employees. KOTOR:2 isn't a very fair indicator given the very short development cycle, and yet KOTOR:2 still has better writing, new features, etc. I'm sure NWN:2 will look 10 times as good as NWN. I really can't see how everyone still maintains that Bioware is a better company.

NWN is 3D. It displays graphics in 3D. You can place objects in 3D. You can also go up and down stairs. Just because you can't jump, that doesn't make the game a 2D engine. As far as I know Bioware did fund all their own patches. Kudos to them. Atari is also known for refusing to fund patches. And I wouldn't say NWN:2 is just Aurora again. The graphics rendering engine is completely redone from the ground up. That's 90% of your engine. The DM client is getting massive upgrades. The toolset is redone from the ground up. The rules are being redone to only support levels 1-20, and using 3.5 rules. They're really using very little of the original engine.

I'd say the first 23 quotes on the list are all deserving of making the list, though their position could be argued. But the last 75 probably shouldn't be there. That list really seems biased to movies atleast 30 years old. Quotable movies that people mention, like say Clerks or Pulp Fiction never make lists like that, but Casablanca gets like 5 mentions on the list? Mind you, some call it the greatest film of all time, but I'd say only 2 of the Casablanca quotes ever really get used. We include Dirty Harry and James Bond, but I've found more often than not if people quote movies, they quote stupid comedies. They quote the lines that make people laugh. Where are the comedies of this list?

They've already deviated from the original SpiderMan cannon, though comic book cannon gets rewritten all the time in the comics. Sam Raimi said originally that Sony told him to end everything with 3. There is a new rumor that Sony wants to do as many as 6 movies. I wouldn't be shocked if MJ dies however, as Kirsten Dunst has said she doesn't want to do to many sequels. On the press junket for 2 she said that they should do something original and kill off Spiderman and be done with it. Sam Raimi also said that he doesn't pick a villian to pick a villian. He decides what he wants the film to be about, and once he knows the journey that Peter Parker has to go through, he chooses the villian that best fits said journey. He also outright said that he isn't necessarily going to do the obvious thing and have Harry follow in his father's footsteps? Maybe knowing that his father was a murderer will alllow Harry to forgive Peter?

Here is the scary thing. San Antonio is probably returning the whole team next year. Duncan, Parker and Ginobili are all under 30, and all under contract through 2011. San Antonio didn't dominate all year as the best team, but they proved they can beat any team and any style in the playoffs.
