  1. I wonder if Jennifer Hale blushes, or gets freaked out by the admiration her voice receives for her part in the Bastila character.
  2. Bastila's accent put her over the top in my books.
  3. The entire moderating team are traitors to the cause!
  4. I've heard it's a lot on the short side. Is it free roaming (ala GTA) or a bit more confined?
  5. That's true. However, she still doesn't deserve the fate given to her!
  6. For whatever reason I just couldn't get into that game. I played it for about three days in a row, but tired of it quickly.
  7. She wasn't that great to begin with. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Pixelated character murderer!
  8. Dunno if this has been answered, but there's a novel coming out in September 2006 set in the Old Republic era about Darth Bane. Although that's not really a KOTOR novel, but it's one of the first actual novels that will cover that time period (the rest are comics).
  9. I can hardly wait.
  10. Not really. There's still plenty of timeline between a potential K3 and the events of Episode I, and thus no matter how K3 ends (assuming it's made) it can easily be ret-conned at a later date.
  11. Because the combat isn't already easy enough as it is.
  12. Are you suggesting I lack common sense?
  13. Then you're just as guilty as all those fangirls! Heretic!
  14. The Darkside is strong in this one. Much anger.
  15. I never even thought of that until now. You're right. Good job, female gamers screaming for a female Exile. You just killed Brianna!
  16. It's also difficult to tell because Bloodlines was so weird about what it would run smoothly on, considering I've heard it runs decent on some lower end systems (note: lower, not necessarily meaning low), while some with high end systems had trouble. Bloodlines seemed to be one of those "buy it and cross your fingers" types.
  17. Is this a trick question?
  18. To the original poster, It depends what you define as "a lot". If you only play through the game one way you will inevitably miss some things, especially given that certain NPCs are only joinable depending on gender and alignment. So already that's something that you missed. Plus there are slight variations in what happens (some say not even noticeable, however) depending if you choose a lightside or darkside way to solve quests. IMO, there's enough content (even with the rushed ending, and the cut content) there to provide enough new things to discover if you play it at least one or two more times. I played both KOTORs about 4 or 5 times each, and at that point got pretty much all I could out of them.
  19. At one time we (me and my friends) did when we played PnP Star Wars. It was more a case of collecting all the "cool" figurines and wanting to show them off. After we got into the games, we stopped using the figurines.
  20. They own the rights. I doubt very much you will see a Star Wars game where Lucasarts doesn't get involved quite thoroughly.
  21. Tried that site. But they don't seem to sell directly and have links to TFAW instead (or other such sites). Amazon has a few of them, but they're all through different sellers (not amazon itself) and I'm always skeptical of those, what with being dinged massive customs charges the last time I shipped from the US.
  22. They have the odd issue. But nowhere I've found carries the entire series without gaps.
  23. I've looked all over, but can't find them all.
  24. You're assuming there will be a KOTOR III.
  25. I've never been able to get it to install properly. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Neither have I, though to be fair I've only tried once. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I've tried every single time I've had the urge to play BG1, and each time it doesn't seem to install properly. <_<
