  1. Half way stitched together? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'm just worried the end might be frayed.
  2. Alternating between KOTOR 1, KOTOR 2 and Hitman Blood Money.
  3. I hope the cloth isn't released until it is completed.
  4. *bodyguard, singular. His noghri bodyguard killed him as revenge for the Empire exploiting the noghri people. Had it not been for that lone noghri, Thrawn would have crushed the entire New Republic. Edit: And additionally, Thrawn was actually at a disadvantage to the New Republic. Don't forget he attacked when the Empire had collapsed, with Vader and Emperor dead, and the remaining Imperials scattered and warring amongst themselves.
  5. Considering half the people in this thread have never heard of Thrawn, and that Revan is the "OMG TEH GR8 HEROES!" of the VIDEO GAME this forum's topic is the sequel to... Go to a Jar Jar Binks fan site and ask if Thrawn could beat Jar Jar and you'd see a similar vote result. Hence my "enough with the fanboy/girl" comment.
  6. I wasn't a fan of last year's version. I actually preferred the free version to the pay one (not because of price, but because of simplicity/ease of use).
  7. I do. And that's why I know that Thrawn would win.
  8. You sure? Because you still don't seem to understand what Thrawn was able to do.
  9. ...you post "you know you've played too much K2 when" threads on K2's developer's forums. "
  10. In a lightsaber duel, or a one on one fist fight, sure. But not on a grand scale with each having an army to command.
  11. That's your logic? Malak was braindead. Hence, defeating a braindead moron doesn't make one a strategic genius.
  12. Are you kidding me? Darth Maul was the best secondary villain in the prequels.
  13. Thrawn. Anyone who voted Revan clearly doesn't understand the Thrawn character, or what he's capable of. Stop being fanboys/girls for once and use logic!
  14. I cannot believe Episode IV has had the fewest votes.

Agreed. IMO, to make the HoF a player has to demonstrate he was one of, if not the best, at his position during his career. Guys like Coffey, Bourque, Orr, Stevens, etc. were all arguably the best, or in the top 5 defensemen during their playing career for a decent amount of time, whereas Desjardins was NEVER a contender for a Norris, or a top 5 defenseman during any season he played. He was a *good* defenseman. HoFers need to be *great* defensemen.
  16. The translation is probably why you didn't like Ewen McGregor's performance. IMO, he was the most "believable" character of the prequels.
  17. Admittedly, I didn't give it much of a chance, but Galactic Civilizations II didn't do much for me. Maybe one of these days I'll give it a longer trial.
  18. You sure? I kind of took it to mean he wanted to select the era you play in (ie. select KOTOR period, Galactic Empire, New Republic, New Jedi Order, etc.).
  19. You mean as opposed to that annoying adult as Anakin? The kid was like 8 or 9, what's Heyden's excuse?
  20. Actually what I meant was people should be voting for who *they* think is the best person for the job, even if that person isn't. Whereas with the Arizona proposal, people won't even be voting for someone they necessarily think will do a good job, but just picking a name at random just to qualify for the giveaway.
  21. I think it's a stupid idea. As one person in the article suggested, all it will do is get people voting who don't even know or care about the candidates just to get a shot at the money. I thought the entire reason for the vote was to allow people to select the *best* person for the job. With this, I can see the majority of people just picking someone at random.
  22. I was not talking about only this forum <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You said "we", and I took that as the forumers. But either way, I don't know many people who wanted a rushed game.
  23. Of the ones that followed the game since announcement on here, the only ones I recall wanting it as fast as possible were the kiddies/immature folk who needed it out ASAP. While in terms of market demographics this board is only a very, very small sample size, I'm speaking specifically about this forum as the "majority" of regular forumers wanted the game released *when it is ready*, not *right now!*.
  24. Yeah, the same kids who were drooling over the uber Force powers and also begging for multiplayer online play. It's too bad Lucasarts listened to that subgroup. <_<
