  1. -------- Interpret how you will : http://forums.obsidianent.com/index.php?showtopic=25989
  2. Turning their backs on my favorite post-2000 RPG series? Not possible. Once again Obsidian great job on TSL (despite the fact you were clearly pressed for time, and man, did it show). Long live KotOR 3, 4, 5 & 6!
  3. Hey! Anyone who writes Engrish deserves respect. ^_^
  4. Hehe - at least it's better than K2's "Winter 2004" release date. "
  5. I'm practically quivering in my boots. Also, I sure hope Feargie, Chris and their intrepid crew do make a KotOR 3.
  6. And you ascertained that by sending him a PM? Good Man. ^_^
  7. Is it just me, or was that ever so slightly lame?
  8. I think he means "Kotor 2 = Episode 1".
  9. Classic. But you know, I'm still ROFLMAO at your K2's take on Zero Wing!
  10. Just because it was derived from a weasel-like creature doesn't mean that's the whole connotation it carries... 'bitch' is technically just a female dog, too. ;s <{POST_SNAPBACK}> True, but "bitch" implies a total devalution of a person (in this case, a woman in particular) to the general value of a dog. Calling someone a "weasel" doesn't carry the same negative connotations in US and/or Western culture, and since this is a story being read by people in and/or influenced by US and/or Western culture, it loses it's edge to refer to a weasel like creature without the implication that it refers to it in such a way as be of similarly insulting value as the word mentioned above. This is Lucas here, so I doubt that is the case. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Calling a guy a "weasel" is probably worse than calling a chick a "bitch". <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I don't see why you reach that conclusion. You can call someone a weasel on a kids show, but "bitch" is considered a curse word. The latter is considered inherently vulgar, while the latter is not. They aren't in the same leage, as far as explitives go. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> More vulgar? Yes, technically. More humiliating on the other hand? No way. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That's just because vulgar words have become common place enough that they really aren't that impressive anymore. No one uses "weasel" anymore. In all reality, to shock people, you have to use explitives so horrific that they cause the victim's ears to bleed. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Exactly. "Bitch" has become so blas
  11. Let's hope it's not the calm before the storm...
  12. That re-directed me the the unholy L.A. forums!

  15. Tossed a begger 5 credits instead of 20.
  16. You complete it the same way you find the "Escaped Criminals". "
  17. Back to FO2 it is then. :D
  18. I think you've walked through one portal too many, Yst... "

'bitch' is technically just a female dog, too. ;s <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Indeed, the most profane or insulting of all words, in many languages, turn out to be words referring to certain depricated animals. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Remember to combine a "private body part" term to the depricated animal for optimal effect. ^_^
  20. On that note, is it possible he menat "LocustArts". :D
  21. The combat system is just too...weird.
  22. Look, I've read your post and can understand where you're coming from...but you joined this board when - post release? Some of the forum veterans here were here from the very beggining. We followed the develepment process and contributed many of our suggestions which were implented in the final product. This was a game for us - the gamers. Sorry, but in this case you don't really have a frame of reference. You're merely judging from your relatively limited exposure on these boards. Obisidian can't make a product for us, the gamers, if they dissolve their only medium of correspondence.
  23. Give this man a medal! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Or a girlfriend " <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Look closer. He's clearly pointing to her. ^_^
  24. Considering that he was in KOTOR II, no I wasn't surprised. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Laozi, is that you? ^_^
