  1. And, with great knowledge comes great power and responsibility.
  2. Aye. Same with Bg series, IWD series, PST, FO series, Arc, and everything else udner the sun! Ohh yes, it's true!
  3. Manual is bogus anyways. Don't believe its lies!!!
  4. *spazzes* Kinda disspaointed about the new spells. Outside of mirror image not too many of them I'd consider 'cool'. And, Mass Ethrealness (ie. GS)? WOWSERS! Tad powerful..... But, cool. Tower shields give +4 ac now....
  5. No. That sound slike the KOTOR series and ES series. R00fles!

Um. Yes, they can. They pretty much always sell out anyways.
  7. Depends on who you ask.

"they're probably doomed against detroit, but they made it." People can be so foolish sometimes.
  9. Good. Morgoth is my hero then.
  10. "Come volo back it up. wheres those pretty mods at you mention" r u trolling?
  11. "No matter who makes it LucasArts will still be involved and the ARE the problem." LOL Yeah, a 'problem' that hands developers a guaranteed multi million dollar hit. LOL The 'problem'. Without LA, there'd be no KOTOR or KOTOR2. LOL "the difficulty with KOTOR 3, really, is that it will effectively go toe-to-toe with the Mass Effect trilogy." It be no contest. KOTOR3 would CRUSH ME in terms of sales. CRUSH.
  12. "xactly, he didn't name ONE, I did 3" I don't recall ever saying I named one. All I said is I mentioned that there mods. LOL Come on, people. READ.
  13. "there was speculation that LA did not allocate sufficient time for Obsidian, to complete the game as necessary. " Sure, they did. It's HOW Obsidian used the time is what led to whatever problems KOTOR2 had. They signed the contract. If the contract length wans't acceptable to Obsidian they could havetold LA that it wasn't enough and stood by their guns. If they weren't up to the task they could have always refused. But, noooo, can't do that... money to be had digging into the SW money tree. :D LA helped Obsidian bring a 'game worthy of merit'. P.S. In no way, shape, or form was KOTOR2 'more mature' than KOTOR1. Where is this mysterious 'extra maturity' found? Is it where the walking carpet wants to rape the little girl bounty hunter who had sex with her dad? Or is when Kreia is making up things and pasing them up as 'deep philosophy'? L0LLERZ
  14. "Unless they farm it out of course." Not if they learn from BIO's experience. BIO did that with SOU, and it blew up in their face!
  15. Yeha, but who the heck would do that? I mean, I'd eventually get antsy and move on while wasting time with enemies drawing specifc magic out of them. LOL
  16. Desslock is a fool. Some of his previous tidbits: 1. NWN will likely not be released, and if it does it will bomb. The only part he even got right is how it had a less than 10% chance of it being released (Atari). 2. NWN2 uses the KOTOR2 engine. 3. I am the best ever. 4. He believed that Oblivion was 'the best game evar'. Desslock is the pits. The Codex CRUSHES him time, and time again. It's embarassing! R00fles!
  17. "Also there are MANY good mods/stories freely downloadable for it" Also? I did mention that in my post....
  18. My name is Volourn. And, thankfully, there's no connection to that annoying geit. Besides, the charcter Volo is a long time FR character. BIO didn't create him. Whgy get NWN1 over NWN2? I never said that. I said get that as well. It offers three different full campaigns, and a handful of shorter ones. It likely gives a background to the NWN2 OC setting. You get access to a bunch of rather good player made modules and PWs as well, and tons of material that will takes months if not years to be seen in NWN2 like epic levels (if that's your thing), hundreds of new monsters, more tilesets, pretsige classes, more spells, including epic ones, and tons of other stuff. And, like I said, it's not horribly expensive now and there's lots of stuff to be had. You don't need to get it; but it can't really hurt.
  19. Don't complain! The lac; of bug mentioning can *only* be good news. It's the one negative thing reviewers never mind mentioning even if they are 'paid off'. LOL :D
  20. Yup. Ther'rs the dance sequence, and the 'romance in space' scenes as well. I'm sure some will call those scenes 'cheesy'; but I don't care. The cutscenes are just wow. Best cutscenes ever. And, the game was made years ago.
  21. Not in NA; but we get the lame Limited Edition. Talk about unfair. Hmph. We don't even get a music cd.
  22. "That whole "Oh, every character in the game grew up in the same orphanage but we didn't know it!" thing was stupid," Yeah, that was contrived. I rolled my eyes at that. Worst part of the game no doubt. One thing I love about it (not the most important) was the graphics. I cna play FF8 still, and I stilla dmire the graphics. The opening cutscene alone is still, perhaps, the best opening of any game ever.
  23. Come on, people. It's just another way to discuss games, and differing opinions. It's not the end of the world just ebcause x game didn't get listed or y game was unfairly put ahead of x game. P.S. JE > KOTOR
  24. Though, I should point out that the 'saemyness' of NWN1 never bothered me and I found people exaggerated. I have no doubt it's the same for NWN2 too.
  25. "I feel a bit ill." Why? TNO: If you have a computer that can run NWN2 now; you should pick up NWN1 as well since you should be able to run it. It's rather cheap comparitively, and there's lots of stuff (2 expansions + the premium module package) and of course with the included patches more stable with even more stuff!
