  1. April Fools is for for fools. It's also got boring for me eons ago. .... BOOO!!!!! ... APRIL FOOLS!!! L0LLLLIGAGZ!
  2. "More important is why TSN has had such crappy games on for the last two weeks of the season." L0L Ranger game = THA awesome. Otherwise, the games suck. HAHAHAA!
  3. NHL 08. Always NHL 08.
  4. That's good news for Montreal fans. He's the weak link on that team. He's no more their captain than I am. Kovalev all the way!
  5. FF8 is the best FF. Only FF6 is close. FF7, and FF4 were pretty good too. FF1. and FFX wer eokay. The others were crap espciially FF5. people go on, and on about the job system which was simply passable and the rest of the game just plain sucked. People who go off on a amd on people who like FF are way mroe emo than those FF fans. R00fles!
  6. Canseco is a bitter ex ball palyer who couldn't hack it anymore. Now, he's accusing everyone he can, and yeah, sometimes the accusations turns out to true; but hey, when you accuse 80% of a group of something you are bound to be right about it once,a nd awhile. Disgusting piece of poo he is.
  7. "who the hell loses to the islanders? I cant wait for Crosby to be back I guess Malkin can have an off night once in a while though" Malkin for MVP! L0L
  8. "As for women not being goood enough, my last serious girlfriend was a woman, ex-Army and a sometime professional bodyguard. I dare say she'd whup most of you nervous nellies hands down. I met a female captain teh other day who runs the toughest all terrain marathons in the world. All this tosh about women not being incapable is pure bushwah." Yeah, she could probably 'whoop' me; but then again I'm not going to be joining SWAT anytime soon either.
  9. " 4-of-8 for 28 passing yards and a sack " Yup. That stat line proves beyond a shadow of doubt that he sucks. Yeah, yeah. I don't know football. Then again, this ignorant football fool was an idiot for suggesting that Eli was capable of doing well in the playoffs. Or that a certain star yet disgruntled reciever would fit in well with NE. Or that Eli's older brother could win the big one. Yup. Uhuh.
  10. It's not about him signing to be a starter right away; but signing a team that he has hope to become a starter (if he improves his play). On the Giants, he's not gonna get any playing time at all so how is he have any hope. He's ebing paid to do nothing )other than be practice QB). And, Lorenzen is a solid back up, and since he likely doesn't expect to be a starter anyways he's perfect for the role. He's definitely better than most back ups. L0L There's no doubt Carr wants another shot at a starter position. He's not getting it in NY. Period. Dumb, dumb signing. "When you split time with Matt "who-dat" Moore and the dessicated corpse of Vinny Testeverde, and come out looking like the worst of the three, nobody is going to sign you to lead their team." Yet, humourously enough, you claim he's a 'better' chocie for back up then someone who has done a good job as backup. L0L
  11. What a wasted signing. And, why would Carr would I'd preusme as a former #1 draft pick come to NY when he knows he won't be starting (heck, playing) any time soon? And, it's not like Eli has a problem with injuries either. I'm sure Carr could have found a team who had a less stable QB situation where he'd havea chance to start down the line...
  12. Of course, you would. Not surprised there.
  13. "The last title by Obsidian is anything but unfinished and to a degree, severely bug ridden. Its called Mask of the Betrayer." Expansion. Of cours,e it's mostly going to be stable. Then again, it had its sahre of bugs. That said, KOTOR2 wasn't as buggy as people claim. NWN2, on the other hand... Well.. that's dealt with because Obsidian is trying to do the things that made BIO successful. R00fles!
  14. L0L Hype by name dropping... if it's even legit. That said, it sound slike it could be a fun game. Not that i expect anything less than fun with an Obsidian game. The article/news is untrustowrthy since it can't even be clear on whether or not the game is console only multi cross paltform and/or between SP only/MMORPG. L0L0L0L0L0L0L0L0LLIP0P
  15. NHL 08. Still...
  16. "When Tampa and NYM say no (both teams in need of a power hitter)" Eh? Since when? A team that has Beltran, Wright, and Delgado aren't exactly lacking power hitters. L0L
  17. http://sports.sympatico.msn.ca/Breaking+do...c&date=True Not as clear cut as some suggest. R00fles!
  18. No matter his goal, the mayor is retarded.
  19. Redemption is one fo the worst games ever. It doesn't deserve to share anything in common with Bloodlines. Anyways, I'm still playing NHL 08. It is now part of a Trifecta of games that I can always play - NWN and MVP 05 being the other two. WOO HOO!
  20. 360.
  21. "It's not really an insult." O RLY? Saying someone is a choker, and sucks is *not* an insult? How so? L0L
  22. I simply dislike the absolute trashing of players, and the way people dehumanize them. Look at some of the responses to this trade espicially by Pens fans. They are really trashing Hossa as not just a hockey player but a human just because he doens't have a ring. plenty of great players have played without a championship. heck, Ray Bourque only won a championship at the end of his career by running to an already dominate Avalanche team. *shrug* Pointing out that hossa's past playoff performances aren't up to the standards he set in the regular season is one thing - trahsing him, and saying he sucks as a hockey player ((as well as a human) is beyond the pale. Heck, people point out the series with the Rangers as 'proof' of hsi sucikitude' yet let's point out it was 4 4 games, and the entire team was horrible - including so called 'veteran play off guys'. Plus, hossa has had some good play offs too boot. Writing someone off is simply dumb.
  23. What's copntroversial is the 'final statements' that people try to pass of as fatc like 'x player sucks an dplayoffs, is a choker, and whatnot. Taking a recent example from the NFL, this was true about both Mannings espicially Peyton. People claimed LOUDLY that he was just a stat oriented QB who would never win the big one, and then he does. Heck, just look at the NFL thread, and all the sad, sad comments thrown at Eli's way before the SB win yet hardly any of the sadsackers admitted they were wrong. In fact, they went on the merry way pretending all was well. L0L P.S. In hockey, like I said, the Senators are a prime example. 'They're only good in the regular season, they'll fold in the playoffs' was a common phrase that we've been stuck hearing for the past 5 seasons. And, look, all the way to the Finals before losing to an obviously superior team in Anaheim. Now, all of assudden, Ottawa's 'chokeartistry' is all but forgotten.. even having guys like Heatley being looked up as a sort of 'playoff hero'. L0L Point is is that you shouldn't write anyone off. You only need 1 , or 2 good playoffs to all of asudden become a 'playoff performer'. On top of that it's not like Hossa has always been horrible in playoffs. He's had some good series, and years (14 points in 16 games one run which wasn't too shabby in a defensive minded NHL era).
  24. You don't get sarcasm do you? That's exatcly my point. those guys were criticized/raked over the coals for being good in the regualr season yet not coming through in the play offs. Heck, Stevie Y was bashed as being offensively talented but a horrible captain... now, he's considered one of the best to ever wear a C. Go figure. *shrug* Bottom line is don't count your chickens before they hatch... or, in this case. don't label someone a 'playoff choker' until it's done. And, oh btw, it's now like Hoss has shown to be completely incapable of performing in the play offs either. 14 points in 16 games during the super defense portion of NHL history is not too shabby. *shrug* You just love to argue don't you? And, delusional too boot. R00fles!
  25. Yeah. Them Senators. Underachievers galore! Stevie Y! Underachiever galore! Yeah, that Sakic and Forsberg! Underachievers galore! Yeah, Belfour! Underachiever galore! What do these guys all have in common? Oh yeah, they're get players who recieved flack for not winning the big one/not doing well in the playoffs. There's tons more names just like them in hockey. Not to mention the NFL, NBA, and MLB! And, they all come back to make the doubters eat the humble pie. R00fles!
