It's easy, and not as garbagy as the PC version. I know I tried it, and I had to throw it in the trash. heck, I upgraded my PC to be able to play DA oin PC but that was a waste of time. DA PC version is simply bullocks.

Don't think anyone should be forced to join the army, and kill be. For any reason. Morally, it should be a personal choice to take such a risky undertaking.

"It turns out that Bio disabled the importation of DLC items. " Yeah, and they announced it weeks ago. It sucks; but it isn't news. I haven't had much bugs but that's because the 360 > PC. The most common irritant is that some chests end up having no loot in it. L0L "Vigil's keep wants to be Crossroad Keep, but it doesn't have nearly the depth." Yet, it is more effective in the end ebcause of the choice you have to make, and the upgrades make a real difference. In that way, it's more akin to the Normandy in ME2 than the CK (which I also enjoyed).

Aliens? Huh?

Evolution and creationism are not neccessary at odds anyways. Evolution - the theory that states that lifeforms adapat to their surroundings to make their surviveability more likely - can exist where a God 'created' the world/universe/whatever. *shrug* they aren't neccessarily. I'm not super religious anything, but I think the delusional believe that the universe came to be out of nothing (big bang theory) is poppy**** and has more holes in it than religion does. To create something out of nothing is completely garbage.

"I'm still curious, though. Is that not the case?" It's definitely easier by a long shot but if you enjoyed O combat you shoudl enjoy A combat. " it's just so.... familiar." Not this silly argument. It should be familiar. It's an expansion.

Finished Awakening. The crybabies are crying over the dumbest things. There are some things to complain A for but lack of romances and DLC items are not them. As for bugs, I saw 1 or 2 of them but no game breakers at least. Anyways, to go with the is A better or worse than O.... Let's find out... A > O --------- A. Its companions are better overall than O's. Says a lot that only one of the A npcs are worse than tyhe only holdover Oghren. Vehanna or whatever tyhe elf witche's name is is one of the worst joinables ever for a BIO game. She reminds me of whatever that giant moron from O. Nothing redeemable at all. On the other hand, characters like Nathaniel and Anders are pure awesomeness. B. The new and improved darkspawn. The issue has gotten a lot more complex. I though I had no doubt how I'd handle a particular choice... in the end, I couldn't do it that way and feel justified. C. New classes, talents, and skills. Awesome. D. Rune crafting. Yeah, it can be a compliocated mess to do, but still a nice addition. Now, they just need to clean it up in next expansion and sequel. E. The darker overall tone. A hilarious post on the BIO boards as the fellow literallyc rying how he hates A because it ruins his precious O 'cause it's so much darker. Good. That makes it better. So, take THAT. O > A ------- A. Combat is simply easier. Too much phat lewt combined with overpowering talents makes combat easy at least for my main character who simply can't be threatened with death. B. Length. Not a huge deal since it's an expansions and expansions are always short. O took me 60ish hours to finish -10 hours fooling around while A took me 22ish hours to finish -4ish hours of fooling around. Bottom line is A is an expansion of O, and it feels, smells, acts, and plays like it. 'Nough said.

Basically, they did exactly what the main part of the whole advertising was. They proclaimed how awesome they are, blah blah blah. Why use a secret message to say the exact same thing you said the normal way? Does not compute.

It's only overly gushy if you take it out of context. You DO realize how much I loathe the ES series right? Right? TW is a solid game. Not great, solid. But, compared to utter trash like ES, it's the bee's knees.
-
And, those coutnries are amoral for thinking that way so screw their stupidity. Yeah, I said it. They can take their judgments and shove them just as I judge them. P.S. That doesn't mean I have any intention of purchasing this service. I'll pass. But, if someone wants to, go ahead.
-
"quite as gushy about it as Volourn" Rating something 7-8 is now considered 'gushing'? WOW.

Two Worlds is awesome. It's the kind of game that Oblivion tries to be, but fails. TW's story is nothing special - gom rescue your sister. But, the complete and utter freedom you get explorinjg is awesome. The combat is fun, the character system is one of the best ever, the item system is pretty ingenious, and while th writing isn't the best, it's a lot more passable than the trash found in the ES series or FO3. The game is a very solid 7-8. To comapre, that's in the same realm as games like NWN1/NWN2 OC, KOTOR series, and IWD.

Why are you guys advertsiing for thiss ervice if you dislike it? Why pimp for it? I know I'd never of heard of this if there wasn't a thread about it here. Tsk, tsk. You guys pulled a Codex... hyping the crap out of soemthing you supposedly hate.

Oghren is by far the worst npc in Awakenings. No contest. "As for Two Worlds, someone had the best review quote for it "I give Two Worlds a 2, one for each world"." Here's my review for that review: "Even morons who have crap for brains have an opinion even if its beyond dumb."

"I assume I will get my bottom thoroughly handed to me with a warrior PC, as I won't have a similar sledgehammer and the console controls make micro management kind of like getting your fingernails pulled." Nah. Warrior PC - at least mine - is very easy. Enemies, even bosses, barely do any damage to me. This is the biggest weakness of the expansion, imo. With all the ph@t lewt it makes combat super easy. Too bad too. "Yeah I noticed that too. You would think there would be some similarity in design decisions, but everything is completely different." Different designers.

"If she is alive, then democracy is working in Iran and Ahmedinejad is not a fascist killing all of his oppponents. However I think the rude attitude of this lady is not appropriate as her opponent is an elected president who deserves respect. I wouldn't consider such a body language as awesome. I'd say 'nasty' instead." You'll defend him no matter what? 'Elected prsident'? Very doubtful. And, you earn respect. Obviously, the scum didn't earn the woman's respect - that's what happens after you murder people because they oppose you as he did exactly that. Ahmedinjejad is a facist. But, facist doesn't mean stupid. Tsk, tsk.

No, I mustn't.

"Isn't Volourn Canadian." Canada isn't France. On top of that, while I am 'French'; I am Ontarian born and bred, and better of for it.

Just finished the first major area of the expansion. Very good stuff there. The ph@t lewt is ph@t, companions are nice, atmosphere is solid, and the new improved darkspawn are definitely cooler than Origins. The rune crafting can make one's head spin though, lol. Gotta craft a bunch of lesser runes just to get to the ones you want. Does anyone if the shield heraldry does anything combat wise or is just to be whatever. My biggest beef with the expansion is that my main character is so damage resistant that most enemies including bosses barely faze him so my allies can fall but I just laugh. Worst example of this was a major new boss monster that wa shyped up, and it enver even took me down to 2/3rds of my health. Tsk, tsk.

"Deathdealer has been up front about his dislike of the amount of combat in DA, Awakening continues this trend. Although there is no Deep Roads equivalent." Perhaps, but he made it sound like A had way more combat than DAO. As form dialogue, obviously it has less overall dialogue than the full game since it's much shorter; but I'm sure the ratio is about even.
-
"There is a lot of combat" Uh... Like DA:O? "less dialogue." Nah. Not significantly. As for bugs, can't say, but your spoiler if it happens would suck for sure.

"That's one of the reasons i love FF franchise so much, it's so much different from average western RPG cliche where you are the only one who can save the universe..." What's hilarious about your comment is that the FF series follows that cliche to a tee almost uniformly. L0LZ

"You swore off Dragon Age before the first game even shipped, Boo." Yeah, and he went out and playedn it, even 'enjoyed' it and said it was 'good' yet still bashes it nonstop. The guy can't even make up his mind.

Does it matter? Your character died so the story is over. No gamehas done otherwise in a meaningful way that I know of. Sure, it would be cool and different if they allowed you to make a new character that lived in that alternate version; but it's not neccessary and most certainly shouldn't be the cause of so much butthurt. Reminds me of the crying when BG2 didn't go with your chocies of whioch npcs to keep/kill/ignore. L0LZ
