After reading this....tell me...I just bought the geforce AGP 6200, because, well, because I didn't want to pay $300-500 for the newer ones, and it's all that was in the store I went to this evening. In general price isn't a financial concern, but I am cheap in that I refuse to pay a lot for features/abilities I don't care about. While I do want games to look good and have decent overall performance I'm not concerned whether I get super-duper FPS or overclocking abilities etc. Hell I don't think my eyes even notice half the improvements people rave about. So basically - before I go to the trouble of installing this thing - think the 6200 would do fine for someone like me or is there some compelling reason to go back out and hunt for the basic 6600 or 6800 instead?

How exactly does this work.......I mean, I know your NPC's auto-level up to 'your level' when you get them, or when you add them to your party etc. But I've noticed that the further into each playthrough I go, the more they fall behind. Usually by a couple of levels. So there must be situations where they do not gain experience while I do (I read one post that mentioned one of those situations). I looked at that save game editor and noticed that each NPC has their own experience plus the 'party experience'. What is the individual NPC experience used for? Is there a way to get them to catch up? I get a little tired of them falling behind. It's irritating that they implement this 'auto npc level up' feature and yet they stil can't seem to keep up with the player character in exp.

The term hydrospanner always makes me think of Star Trek.

Grey eyes? What grey eyes? I see blue eyes, and brown eyes in the game. Sure, not vibrant colors...but not grey. Not saying different colored eyes wouldn't be cool sometimes...but I sure don't see grey...

Well, this whole thing has greatly improved my graphic editing skills. It has not, however, been any good for the terrible disease which constantly plagues me - the one called "piddling away too much time." Thanks for all the uploads so far people...think it's time for a short break for me.

Congrats on the new PC. I built/upgraded to a P4-3ghz/1gb ram etc. last month and I bet it'll be outdated in about a year and a half. Sigh. Feels good to be able to play games on this rig and feel up to date for once. I'm usually years behind in PC tech. I left my old one as a Win98 machine for old games. heh

Well the very 1st was some little game on the very first Nintendo system (only console I've ever bought), but I don't remember it's name. After that, probably Diablo1 (I know it's not a 'real' RPG to some but it still introduced me to building characters). From there, Baldurs Gate1 and the Might&Magic series of RPG's. The rest is history.

Whether Light or Dark you can steal that robe and everything else in the Museum. If you're Light and steal 'em, Talia just says something like "I was going to give you...as a reward...but the (opposition) broke in and looted the musem."

I usually put it on Kreia. I'd rather run around in my underwear - I find the mining uniform really unattractive. I usually just re-load the shop in Telos till he coughs up a 100-200 credit robe or something. My hubby ran around with the mining uniform till after his first planet. But he's not exactly an experienced (or obsessive) PC gamer and he never re-loads unless he dies, so he misses a lot of stuff.

The idea of gutting a Cannock in order to scavenge a grenade is unsettling. Put on that rebreather mask first. Peee-eew.

I've gotten the ones with the door before. I don't always get them tho. The minor glitches like that don't always occur, at least for me. I assume the view aspect is that it depends on where you're standing - or where the game puts you - because maybe the camera is 'fixed' in those scenes, so if you're not standing in the right spot it gets all funky. Oh and about Atton and his magical ability to control the EbonHawk without actually touching any companels - I don't think that's a glitch - just lazy animation. He does sometimes glitch tho - like turn around in his seat the wrong way, or whatever.

I love that map....all that space between NarShadda and Dantoon. makes me wonder exactly how fast the EbonHawk can go, since it only took about 5 seconds to get there.

Just adding my voice into the mix. I'd love a downloadable content patch, even if it was huge. But I also think it's unlikely. IF an expansion had not only new endings, but some new areas to explore/fight in, and the like, I'd buy it - providing it was in the realm of 25-30 dollars and not 50-60. If it only had a few bits and pieces towards the end I'm not sure I would pay more - or at least, I'd wait till it was on sale for $10 somewhere. Overall tho, I'd probably just rather they concentrate on making a 3rd one, if/when they do, and possibly answering some of the plot questions/holes in Kotor2 that way.

I'd definitely like some new characters, at least. Course, personally, I'd like to Atton return, but that's just me. I'd like a better, more complete feeling story - doesn't have to be a fairy tale ending with all loose ends wrapped up in a nutshell, but something that feels more satisfying and has at least some sense of closure for the player. Don't really care about game engine/graphics, although that's always nice to have - but not if it means they don't work on...the story. Or something. Blah blah etc. etc.

@ Darth spock - Can't wait till the final version of your group wallpaper is finished, it's awesome! @Battlewookie - hehe....I know, I know...poor HK....well if he gets a lot of screenies up there I'll make an album just for him. Which I couldn't do if he shoots me before then... And Kreia...I neglected her too. Nagging old witch... "

It'd be nice if someone would post a few party-Handmaiden shots or something to help me round out the initial categories. I can get everyone else but I never play a male Exile so I don't ever have her in my party... :D And as much as I like Disciple as a party-member, he's horribly non-photogenic. *mutters*

If forced to choose between just those two, I'd take Bao as well. Mira triggers a fun Atton cutscene & dialogues but otherwise she just gets parked in the ship for the same reason Kreia does - don't like her attitude. I had no problems with Hanharr later - just leveled her up on the spot (no Jedification) and gave her a sword and whacked away. Used two medpacs. Course, that was about 23 levels she had all at once. Heh. Bao is rather dull, IMO, and his voice also isn't my cup of tea, but since he doesn't talk much, that's no big deal. Good melee support - I'd take him.

Hi - game isn't perfect, but it's still loads of fun! Yeah, there's some stuff to bash on, but I keep playing the game despite that. Guess I didn't have any expectations to be dashed, tho. Anyway, this is a nice place here. Welcome and luck with the game!
