I got my miniatures! My bf bought a whole bunch of them. Anyway, the weirdest thing... There are three Jedi that are labeled as "Jedi Guardian", "Jedi Sentinel", and "Jedi Consular"... We got all three miniatures, and I swear... It's Atris, Visas Marr and the Disciple! I wonder why they didn't label them as such. And yes, my bf got Bastila, and she's pretty damn hideous. Though not QUITE as bad as in that picture.

WTF? No Revan is listed on the list I found! How could there be a Darth Malak, but no Darth Revan? Boo-urns!

Yeah, they don't really seem to have a knack with portraying the female characters appropriately. I mean, that Jaina Solo miniature... I'm looking forward to seeing what they've done with Nihilus and Revan (I can only assume there'll be a Revan if all those others are there). My bf's going to the store this afternoon and he's going to pick some up for me. *rubs hands* I hope I get some good ones.

Bastila fanboys must be happy... Champions of the Force Preview #6 However, is it just me or is the Jedi Sentinel shown at the bottom of preview 7 actually Visas Marr? Darth Malak looks really cool, though! According to an online source, it seems the expansion set is released today. Guess I'll have to call one of the gaming stores I go to later to confirm.

The subject line of this thread is a bit misleading... I was about to start naming off some of my favourite Star Wars d20 prestige classes. Then I realised I wasn't in the pen & paper gaming forum.

Ya know, I was expecting someone to make that comment... but we don't have that kind of relationship. Believe me, if he liked Bastila, I'd know. He had no problem telling me how hot the Handmaiden looked when he turned her dark side and she looked all gothy.

Oh please. Like you and all the other Bastila fanboys never made nasty comments about Carth's complaining and the likes. I just don't happen to like Bastila, is all. That can happen, you know. (In fact, my bf was so irritated by her that he refused to finish the romance "quest" with her and would simply not talk to her at all.)

Yes, I'm afraid of competition for a couple of fictitious, pixelated video game characters. Give me some credit. I realise I'm a fangirl and all, but come on! Bastila just really annoys me. Made me want to bitchslap her condescending, preachy ass a number of times.

This image will be haunting my nightmares tonight. Good gods. This many Bastilas around is a surefire way to get me to fall to the dark side.

You mean that thing that the Mandalorian gives you in that cave before heading to the tomb? Yeah, you're supposed to use it to blow up that camera or what have you at the mouth of the cave, so it doesn't trigger an alarm. I have yet to be able to use it, though, as any time I would get to it, my only option was to disable the thing (there was no "blow up" option), which Atton would invariably fail and thus trigger the alarm. I'm pretty sure it's one of them game bugs.

Sony BMG's the worst one of the bunch... In my last job as music director at an Internet radio site, they would send us CDs for us to play... but the CDs were coded with something that prevented the computers from playing the songs. What the hell did they expect us to do with those? Use them as coasters? Listen to them on our CD players and think, "Yeah, that's a good song... Boy, I wish I was able to play the damn thing on our stations."? THEY ARE INTERNET STATIONS! WE HAVE TO COPY THE MUSIC TO PLAY IT! Honestly. I've got no patience with Sony BMG. Dealing with labels is something I definitely don't miss from that job.

Wow. And I thought my game with all beginning gamers last Friday was bad... If someone ran a game like this, not only would I not play one of his games again, but he'd also be banned from playing in any of the games I was running. I mean, it's all well and good to say you can just go with it and have fun, but I'd be mighty pissed if someone forced me to play something I didn't want... and then proceeded to basically not let me play. It already annoys me when I can't play a CN character at D&D because the DM wants everybody to play good-aligned characters... I can't even imagine how I'd react if said DM told me I couldn't play a rogue, but had to play a paladin. I second the burlap sack motion.

And how! In fact, as we speak, I'm waiting for my Imperial icon watch to ship from StarWars.com.

*drool* I cannot wait for the Champions of the Force set to come out. My bf and I have been counting the days since we first heard about it. All the info I've found says it's released in June... do we know when in June? Cause I'm going to my local gaming store day of. Goodbye, paycheque!

Yes... Wookiees would definitely have been able to tackle those troops, no question. As for George putting cute things into the movies for his kids, just be happy that the boys from NSYNC didn't make the final cut in Episode II.
