one thing the councils are dead, the jedi are nearly wiped out. i don't think there ernough to be as effective force. i give up trying get a point across that was almost made perfectly clear in game. i think Darth Nuke puts better then me. might add that given the ending of k2 we do not know who survived. the republic fleet is blattered from two wars i doubt seriously they could rebuild all the way in 5 yrs

for love life they put it on pc too i'll being buying a xenox just for k3... i wish we knew the romurs both ways are running wild.

personally i rather write how that love story end. i mean had the option to fall in love with her so i think we should as player should have say in it. we forgeting if revan was a girl carth was her interested that why i say he need back. if Revan is the pc. i think over looking one council people no know what happen to the high council. but the other council wipe out one oor another in both 1&2

also bring back bastila and carth since they are alive. or let some questions say if they come back as party members. but i would like them to return. not so much carth but he has grown on me.

KOTOR III was in development around the time of KOTOR I ? I'm not sure how long the next gen dev kits have been out. Little over a year would seem about right. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> i think he means tsl not 1. which would make sense.

The year before I got married (last year ) we spent months traveling which put the whole MMPORG thing totally out my mind. Then we had twins to deal with, which really means I dont have time for an MMPORG type commitment. Although I did overall enjoy my time on MMPORGs. Starting with and then working on M59 <{POST_SNAPBACK}> hehe...well between helping other people with their computer problems and making peace with a old flame of mine. i'm also trying to finish a computer graphic cousre and get my webpage design business. i've pretty much abandon mmorpgs.

Depends if something is on a new engine or an old enging. You could knock up something E3 worthy in a couple of months on an old engine. All but one of LA's booths are already booked I think. If it's next gen it's not likely. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> i think your right on the booth being open

considering i'm going on less then 4hrs of sleep. plus got other things on my minds sides kotor.

We may know on kotor 3 at e3 or shortly around there. this just crossed my mind as i was just on lucasart site. but after e3 there will be only two lucasart games that we know of still pending. with star war: lego war coming out later this month. Revenge of the Sith is due on the 5th of May. That leaves empire at war and SWG ep. 3, Rage of the wookiees, ROTW is due out in August 05. Empire at war sometime in fall of 05. that my reasoning.

the firing happened almost 3 monthws before kotor 2 came our. if i remember right.

i beat kotor 1 in bout two days after buying it. but when i went the ds i only play from the temple onward just to the ending. now i find myself not being able to beat the game at all now. i wind up starting over part way thru it. cann't even even finish the bastila romance which sucks that i cann't. tsl is almost the same now i beat three times already but now i cann't get off the fricking asteroid base. sorry for rambling but i feel better.

There is a God. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> yea i know bout the firings. heck that was 7 months ago now 8. as i told my friend 7 months things change that time. but if you want to know we talked bou the series as whole. he cann't see how alot of us look at this as triology. he also trust that gamedreamz article bout kotor 3. him and i agree on one thing that just they said obsidiant doesn't mean it is not in production. but i still maintain that it might be and it might not. he thinks it will be another one year wonder. cross fingers please o'lord no not again.

does anyone think lucasarts has started work on kotor 3. me i have no idea what i would say. part me says yes part me say not snowball chance in heck.... i jut posted the question me and a friend got in debate bout it.

right, I also think there needs to be a clear "non-bully" DS response everytime and a clear "I don't want DS or LS points right now" response just about everytime. The reason why you are playing someone with a "hidden past" is that it makes it much easier to write the game with both a DS path and a LS path because by simply expressing your views on what you have already done, that allows you to customize the character dark or light very quickly. However, I would ask the larger question: "Why should you go LS instead or DS?" OK, yes, the roleplay side is important to some of us but gameplay-wise what is the reason? I personally would like to see two seperate games, one geared to LS path and one geared to DS path. In either game, you could still stray from your path but you are ultimately trying to do two different things. The LS guy is trying to save the Republic and then rebuild the Jedi Order, the DS guy is cooperating with the Sith and, ultimately, hopes to supplant the Sith leadership (with himself). I like the influence thing in general but I thought it was too easy to shift the NPCs' alignment. Influence should not be alignment-based at all, IMO. The answer to the alignment problem of NPCs is to simply have the ability to let some passengers go and take on others that are closer to your alignment (or for whatever reason you choose). <{POST_SNAPBACK}> i can see intruducing a young padawan in a new storyline not the the current storyline though. in fact i like the idea just not for the ending to this current storyline. but i do agree the ls and ds need to be revamped. and influcence need to better too.
