anyone heard if they mentioned anything bout kotor 3 yet?

While im not against a MMORPG KotOR game. The problem comes with sony owning the rights to Star Wars as a MMORPG. I agree that it would be great to have the KotOR system for a MMORPG, Im afraid we stuck with the crap known as SWG for the immediate future anyways. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> crap? that putting it kindly lol

do jedi kill their prisoners

Then by your definition Switzerland or Sweden were murderers in WW2 in a way because they stood by as countless died. Are then Americans responsable for deaths of people in WW2 in Europe until 08.12.1941 when they entered the war because they just stood by and watched how Hitler conquers Europe? The council did nothing at the begging because they felt something was behind lurking behind the whole Mandalorian wars......and by some The True Sith started the war so the Republic and the core worlds would weaken and fall before they onslaught.... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> i didn't mean it like i think they are murders. i'm going to touch that on sweden or switzerland i have a opinion on that but that for a off topic post. -

You do know that Luke lets Vader live, right? Anyways; both Revan and Vader did a lot of good before they were turned to the Dark side, probably saved at least as many lives and species as they extinguished- should the good deeds count for nothing then? Wouldn't you agree that that's kinda.... darkside thinking? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yes I know dumbass Luke lets him live. Yes, they may have done good but they should be punished for the evil they did. So, I guess from your thinking if someone murdered someone else and then saved another person's life that they shouldn't be punished in some way or form? (P.S. Remember, there is a very big difference between killing and murdering) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> some would say that the jedi are murders in a way to. they stood by in mandolorians wars as countless lives were lost. -

do jedi kill their prisoners

Tell that to Mace Windu. why you say that? i haven't seen ep 1 or 2 in forever. ---- And they've done worse than that - they've cut fellow Jedi off from the Force. true, but if i remember roight it was only one person Ulic. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> -
i got thinking bout what bastila said in one. that jedi do not kill their prisoners. but they wipe their memory. in my opinion that would be the same thing. anyone feel differently?

KoToR 3: Ideas and Suggestions

I personally think that the best way to use the Exile is to make him the one who is trying to rebuild the Council (a scripted character, not a PC or party member). In other words, he is the closest thing to a Master Vandar or Master Vrook that you see in KOTOR III. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well, I still don't agree with that. KotOR2 left the Exile to follow Revan and seek out the true Sith in the unknown regions. Whatever happens in KotOR3, that's where the plot must begin, as far as the Exile is concerned. He/she could certainly end up being a prominent member of the new council at the end of the game, maybe even the head of the council. Unless, of course, they want to kill him/her for plot purposes... Same goes for Revan btw. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> true exile must be first in kotor 3 if they use both exile/revan. or just exile would be fine with me now -

KotOR4 - a bit ahead, aren't you? Seriously, note that I'm only talking about how I'd begin KotOR3. I certainly want Revan and the Exile to be in there, but part of your quest in the game should be to find them, not just stumble across them. To me that means looking for clues to what happened to them in the known galaxy before you go to seek them out in the outer regions. I'd include several characters from the predecessors along the way. Most of the Exile's companions I've already mentioned as Jedi on Coruscant. Carth would also be briefly seen (if alive). About Atris, I'd sort of like her back too, but the problem with her is that she might very well have been killed by the Exile in KotOR2, and even if she is left alive, she swears to turn from the Force, so I don't see how she will fit into the plot, in which case it's better to just drop her completely. Some of Revan's friends would make later appearances as temporary companions. Among those I'd prefer Jolee, Mission and Zaalbar. Bastila would be a major character in the overall story. Using save games from the predecessors sounds very unlikely to me. It's a option, but it was in KotOR2 as well, and they didn't use it there. Besides, can the Xbox import save games from other games? If not, then I think there is no chance of it happening. Either way, I find it unlikely. A bit of a shame, though - I'd like to have my progress have an effect in the next game, but I don't suppose it will... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> oops my bad i ment 3. like i said i threw that together. -
i dedcide to try the dark side once for the heck of it. i was curious i want to get mira so where do i have to be light to too?
-
everyone would like to think that, but remember, only 1 jedi came back, the exile, and that was because he had lost touch with the force, anyone who went would continue following revan most likely <{POST_SNAPBACK}> i think your right. but i would try to resist the dark side. i think exile was the only pne to return. i believe the jedi on nar shaddaa was the one who said it. but now i think on it i might of contiune to fight jedi deserved what they got. all accept one who name shouldn't mention
-
If you were a jedi in the time of kotor would you follow Revan to war. I would top protect republic and i would accept being exiled. because in my heart i knew i did the right thing and that all that matter to me.

I like alot of the ideas in the threads. my main wishes 1. the ability to switch between Revan and Exile. 2. Return companions from 1&2. 3. better influence system. 4. bigger and more planets. 5. conclusion to the current story. 6. a good ending for lsers and a dark ending for dsers -
