uuuh.... No Comment.... uuuhh... You do know that you can change the length of some light sabers if they were made that way. I'm pretty sure either Luke Skywalker's green or Anakin Skywalker's blue saber had the ability to change length drastically.

This all still boggles my mind. The whole Gamer #1 correcting Gamer #2's spelling/grammar mistakes in a forum. If I'm not completely mistaken, I really thought we were here to talk about a game, not correct each other's incorrect spelling. This, as far as I know, is not school. I didn't come here to brush up on my 9th grade grammar skills; so if you aren't a licensed Grammar/English teacher, please, please refrain from doing so. It was funny the first few times I was a witness of it, but it's just getting ridiculous and rather absurd.

Makes total sense to me, Vidbroblades and other mele weapons weren't ment for jedi. Only Jedi, "sith," and/or force-attuned people could used light sabers, It's a special ability to even be able to use one. The first weapons invented was probably a rock, then a blunt weapon, the a knife, then a spear, then a sword. Since only a select(trained) few can use a lightsaber, then what will everyone else use? A sword of course, and even better a vibro-blade. The "vibro" part is explained soooo many times, you just need to look.

I don't know what game you guys played but these two games have the most realistic portrayal of women I've ever seen. No I'm not a woman, but I have 3 sisters and a mother and know a whole hell of a lot of women and they are so much like all the women in these games. EDIT: oh yeah, btw, I don't think women have periods in Star Wars. I mean no one even goes to the bathroom in Star Wars.

FYI: Third person is what you are referring to as "4th person" and First Person is what you are referring to as "3rd Person". I think you're referring to the isometric view when you speak about "4th Person", like the view you get in the Civilization / Total War games. You can change from isometric to third person view in NwN. I actually prefer a "God view". I think the way forward is to have an unlimited zoom, so you can start at planet level then zoom all the way down to the blood gushing from a knife wound on your arm. (Of course there should be hotkeys mapped to favourite magnifications.) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> ummm no not really. I'm not refering to "writing" i'm reffering to 'view wise' first person, like in a FPS (first person shooter) all you see are your weapons, not great for an rpg, but alright for certain ones. Second Person doesn't really exist in gaming. 3rd is, like in kotor, where you run around with the camera behind your self. 4th and "cinematic" runing camera is when the camera is static sometimes and moves with you others, where it's far from you, and you can zoom. I like how in kotor where they took First person and mixed it with a cinematic display, so that you play normally in a modified 3rd person view, with a static FOV (important part) and they can make cinematics for "cut scenes" where they can controll the cammera.

Just as long as it's atleast as good as K1 and K2 engine, if it's less I won't play it. Also, if they make lots of changes, If they change the view point any I won't play it, That is the one reason why I actuallyplayed this game. I've never liked the weird 4th person view in RPG's like FF or NWN, as long as they keep this 3rd person type I'll love it to the ends of the earth, that's all I ask.

It will hurt sales a lot if they were to say. Make the main character only able to be a mon calamari, twi'lek. etc. Sub-species of human would be cool and Zabrack (they have hair yes) but anything else would hurt sales way too much in my opinion <{POST_SNAPBACK}> yes, I agree....
