That's for sure. It it were otherwise we'd have better candidates.

You are correct Zor. Everything released only confirms what everyone already "knew" was going on. Hillary Clinton and her entire staff are irredeemably corrupt and dishonest. Still, there is a difference between "knowing" your wife is cheating on you and seeing the 8x10 glossy the PI took. And as I said before none of it makes Trump a better candidate than he already was.

The WSJ has a great piece on the press ignoring the content on the wiki-leaks releases: http://www.wsj.com/articles/the-press-buries-hillary-clintons-sins-1476401308 It's a funny thing about the skeletons in the closet. When they get let out the Democrats and the media (essentially the same thing I know) want us to be mad at who opened the closet door. I want to know why there were so many f-----g skeletons in that closet!

Nah, not the best. Definitely in the top three though. The best is Eckblad.

ISIS Final Days : Mosul and Raqqa attack imminent
Guard Dog replied to BruceVC's topic in Way Off-Topic
There is nothing more f----d up than having to shed blood over the same ground more than once. In this case it's been several times. If they are ad demoralized as the papers say it should be a short fight. They will be hit from two directions by the Iraqi army & Kurd militias. Let's hope they don't fight each other after. -
I've got the Panthers pre-game show on my XM radio blasting over my outside speakers. I just made a turkey sandwich and a big glass of unsweetened iced tea with lots of lemon. I'm going to sit on my front porch and listen to the game. GO PANTHERS

Roger Cohen of the NY Times writes how a Trump Presidency heralds the dawn of a dictatorship: http://www.nytimes.com/2016/10/15/opinion/how-dictatorships-are-born.html?ref=opinion&_r=1 If so perhaps it will make the typically freedom-averse Democrats re-think their stance on private ownership of firearms. After all, the government seizing all means of resistance and imposing it's will on the people through subjugation and a monopoly of force is only fun when it's YOUR team doing it.

Ah the good old days of dial up

A dog at a hockey game is very unusual. A dog at a hockey game in a $200 seat even more so.

The cats lost Huberdueau in the win against the Devils. That sucks. That sucks a lot. They spent a lot on 2nd tier free agents this off season. They definitely added experience to the young core of the team. So far it seems to have jelled.

Isn't it illegal to sell those? Edit: apparently only if you're serving in the military. Guess you learn something new every day. Didn't think it was, seen videos of people reviewing them and so on. GD, stock other militaries' MREs :D The only other one I've had was the one the ROK Marines use.... it's sooooo much worse! They will trade a LOT for an American MRE. I traded two for a guys dress uniform buckle. It's cool, it has the ROK Marine Corps emblem on it.

No its fine? What aspect of the US foreign policy do you question He's not questioning US foreign policy he's say (correctly) that the public is not in on every detail of the big picture so no one outside the NSA, CIA, & State Dept actually knows what;s going on. Even if the news story is true, if I read someone one chapter from The Count of Monte Cristo they would not be able to tell me what the story is all about.

Who the heck even knows anymore Gorgon. This is like monkeys playing rugby.

@WoD, three of those four concern State level regulation. I'm a little more predisposed to letting the States handle which weapons should or should not be allowed and under what conditions they can be owned. Remember the heart of the Heller case was total prohibition. That is the ultimate aim of the left and that is why Heller and Macdonald were so important because they assert an individual right to firearm ownership. Not an absolute right to be sure but good enough. The residents of the States in question have a lot more influence over their State Houses and can participate in passing or defeating such laws. And if such a law passes and is found intolerable by the people of the state they can recall their legislator, vote in a new governor or move to another State. Those options don't really exist when it's Uncle Sam's heavy boot on your neck.

Correct Bruce. If you don't like it, don't read it. You don't get to make that choice for someone else.
