  1. Lets say that I want to explore a town, you send your party to diferent areas of this town, one to the top, another to the middle and so on. There is no way to make a fast center on a character you want with hotkeys, assuming that you use the default, if you press namber one two times (one to select the character, a second time to go where he is) in your keyboard it should center the screen in your main character. You can't do this as it is right now. Lets say that you are in the edge of the town already explore and you want to go to the other side, so you click the destination, you have to follow your characters manualy with the mouse or arrow keys, my sugestion is that if you press and hold the key of the character you want to follow, the camera automatically follows that char. Also, a repeated thing that bugs me: when one character visits the inn, other go to a shop and so on (currently you can't, if you enter a building everybody must go with in), please revisit this!
  2. Yeah it worked in Fallout because you had the magical invisibility. If you had enough skill you could stand in front of them even. Stealth in PoE is avoid the circles... Kind of impossible without seeing the circles. You only see them in scout mode which is when you need them. Might? Do you know how the stealth works? Its you trying to keep your own circle from touching the enemies. It will make it extremely hard if not impossible. I know that it is impossible for the stealth system to work with some kind of help (circles) but walking (I like to make my characters walk from time to time) in a tavern or in town with those circles make the screen really ugly to watch. That's why I propose to make a toogle option for that system.
  3. Sometimes the game change the font in some letters, I seen it in the loading screen and I some other text in the inventory, I don't know how to post pictures properly to show what I'm talking about.
  4. A flying companion would be better! Edit: Like a hawk or something like that.
  5. An easy solution for this, though it seems that i'm the only one that have a problem with those circles!
  6. The picking money sound is to loud when using headphones.
  7. Also bring back the wagon weel! And make us open doors before you enter buildings! One last thing, let us read signs like we use to (in other words, make disapear those circles) Mutch like it is in the first minute of this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wYGs1EFSn04 And one more thing, it would be nice that books look like books and not scrolls.

  9. My topic is ignore, maybe because of my lack of comunication skills in english lenguage. In previous IE games you could go to a house or some taverns or indoors with one character leaving the others outside to roam free or do other stuff, such as go to other places, I mean you could split the party, that doesn't seem to work in PoE. What's up with that?
  10. Why you can't take a single character to go alone into a building while others explore town, I remember playing BG back in the day, I always send the thief to loot inn rooms, while the other characters where doing something else, I think this is something to be consider... But maybe the party is afraid to wander alone...
  11. It's okey. There are basic Stuff that need work, such as not being able to enter a building with one character while the others roam the town, I think the devs. Need to play BG again! The combat is weird and some design decisions depart from the games that inspire this one. I also think the game is in the right path, I,m looping forward to the beta updates.
  12. More observations and thoughts, most of all gameplay suggestions. This is what I think should be done they are all minor things but I think the game would benefic from most of them. Inmersion: Enemys should walk when patrolling, not run. I think that the enemy information should be place in the top center part of the screen. It's already hard to see what's happening in any given battle. Cavern floor looks flat. It would be nice if dead bodies stay longer before they desapear. Sounds and FX: Sound is incosistent, specially in combat (playing with headphones). I can't hear footsteps most of the time. Gameplay: Lets us attack doors and chest for a chance to open them! I'm not into the scripted text events. Stash needs to be bigger and an organice button to arrange items by categorys would be nice. Party formation is broken. [important] Stealth should be individual and not affect the group if you select one character, also please do something about those proximity circles. Walk should remain after a fight if you where walking before. Interface and keyboard functions: Right click on character portraits to open de inventory. The mouse-changing cursors to travel to the next map and to enter a house as seen in Baldur's Gate are nicer than the floating circles use here. [important] Double tap the number of your character should center the screen on that character. Also if you hold the number the camera could follow the selected character. Buff icons need to be bigger I can barely see them. In the character creation and lvl up, the next or done button should be replace the finish button that is shown in the lower right corner. When you press A to atack and then click an enemy, the attack icon should change to move icon, as a way to confirm the action taken. Minor stuff: Text in items descriptions should be justified. Other text such as the options to choose the trial and expert mode option should be centered. Bonus: I need Dual class!
  13. I like to walk and the circles that the NPC are really ugly to watch. I think there should be a return button from the spell book back to the inventory (and a shortcut). I understand nothing about combat. Dialog feels right! I don't like at all the blocky names that are shown with the tab key. Make them scrolls please! When tabing, I hope you change the icons shown in sings and doors and put a diferent colour contour instead. Make us open doors before we enter buildings! Few portraits and aesthetics options for character creation. Repeat portraits instead of more variety? World looks awesome but static. There is a bug when trying to show hud again. The map needs a wolrd map icon. More thoughts to come as I play more.
  14. (I don't know how to post bigger images or links to bigger images). Option Menu: Character creation (ugly bow grip): Thoughts on character creation: I think the portraits should be the first thing you choose as in BG. More hairstyles and beards would be welcome. Also, it feels cheap to use the same portrait with different hair styles, just saying. HUD: The solid HUD doesn't seem to work properly, also, when I hide the HUD I cannot make it visible again, ande the cursor is also gone, forever. I notice a white circle near my character portrait at the bottom, I don't know how to get rid of it. Stealth: This circles are just ugly. Death bodies seems to be floating because of missplace shadows. I will post more screen and thoughts when I get a chance to play more.
