  1. I think that would suit Dustil more.
  2. DS ending: He and Bastila are the Lord and Lady of the Sith, which causes some controversy along the other potential Sith Lords --> Bastila gets assasinated. Revan goes to Outer Rim in grief and tries to gather some power to slay all those who conspired against him. He will fight with you either if you're LS or DS, as long as he gets his revenge. LS ending(If Bastila Lives): He and Bastila return to the republic as heroes. But many among the Jedi are uncertain on how to deal with their love for each other which causes a crisis on the Jedis ethical view on love. The Sith use this disarray to distract their presence and assasinate Bastila. Revan goes to the Outer Rim to handle his grief and gather som power for revenge. He also feels that the Jedi are partly guilty for Bastilas death so.... He will fight with you either if you're LS or DS, as long as he gets his revenge. LS ending(If Bastila dies): Same as if she would've lived, his motivations would be the same. Btw, change Bastila to Carth for the gays and females here
  3. ...and that's the way it should be too.
  4. Then implement the same in KotOR II, silly
  5. Go figure, his name is spelled wrong.
  6. Darth Ethon Darth Tenzor Darth Saddamus Darth Bush (whops!)
  7. Trying to keep this thread to topic, i think that the names of the so called "Sith Lords" will be well hidden until you play the game for yourself. But they will probably have a names with a "eerie" tone to it, like: - Darth Dhoon - Darth Kutarni - Darth Zoor Yeah <_<
  8. I think this board is surpassing the Bioware-forum in threads that go waaaay off-topic
  9. I would just be happy with knowing how her bond with Revan(LSM) ended up.
  10. Sorry, it should've been "In-game video footage".
  11. Yes, more species. I want to be a Hutt with Jedi powers.
  12. Didn't the Gamespot article state that they will get their hands on a in-game demo of KotOR II and release it the Gamespot complete-users?
  13. That's a developers nightmare, how do you balance it properly enough to give the player the illusion of total freedom without making the story suffer? yes i know.but i guess im just saying that because the game was so short. parhaps making the game longer will solve the problem or just make each section larger. and by freedom i mean, killing people i dont like. Hehehe.
  14. One thing's for sure though, Obsidian has better concept art than Bioware ever had

  16. Hey, maybe it will even be to Star Wars games what Empires Strike Back was to Star Wars itself... That would require KotOR II to have an even better plot-twist, dialogue, voiceacting than its predecessor. It more simple to expect the worst, than expecting another 'The Empire Strikes Back' IMHO.
  17. Music is the a way to communicate emotions. Wheter in a game or in a movie, the producers are always trying to pry an emotional responce from the aduience/player, and whilst a particular shot or an action sequence may set the scene, it's up to the music to grab your harm and guide you all the way throught it. When i listen to music, it isn't unsual my mind starts popping images in relation to the emotion contained within. In a movie, the image is actually there, music is there to complete the picture. It's not about the medium (visual, aureal or interactive), it's not about listening to a CD or whatching a DVD, it's about EMOTION, it's about the reason why i do all this thngs in the first place. This are not just different mediums for personal entartaiment. They all share the same function to me... 100% Agreed. There where several places in KotOR where the music enriches the overall experience. Take the tune you hear at the Jedi Academy or at the Dantooine outback, it really gave you the illusion of being on some sort safe haven. The tune "Bastila Shan", which is played at the temple summit deserves extra attention though, Jeremy Soule really outdid himself with capturing the atmosphere almost perfectly.
  18. No Jeremy Soule? Meh. And what's up with the Peragus Station? Is that one of the 7 worlds? It resembles more like the Endar Spire to me
  19. I want: Bastila, HK-47, Yuthura Ban and Canderous to return. I think: Vandar, Carth or Dustil will return.
  20. I hope so. I think not.
  21. I don't think that KotOR II will go to the point of being pure suckage. Obsidian know what made KotOR 1 a success and are trying to improve the features that weren't entirely funtional, this gives room to a solid and good story (although it's difficult i have to admit, considering the limitations they've put themselves in), intruiging dialogue and voiceacting and quests that are more than simply Fed-ex-missions. I think that KotOR II will have a bit more darker feel it than KotOR, with some nicer lighting-effects and a story that's interesting enough to keep the player on going.
  22. Sounds like a "swords 'n dragons"-game to me. Not exactly my cup of tea, but Jade Empire seems interesting.
  23. Voted for KotOR II
  24. D'OH! Thanks for the info *nyeh* *nyeh* * nyeh*
