Ehh not really. So they really love gamers, but fail to conduct the message in positive way like a bunch of tsunderes?

IIRC, Kern should be on a podcast with Total Bisquit. Did i miss it or hasn't it been broadcasted yet?

Really ? Probably have some panels on how to solve the "problem" of not enough women in the industry if anything relevant to this topic at all. As the last 6 months have showed, just when the ride seems to be slowing down, something utterly idiotic happens. Propability gets higher when it comes to these kinds of events.

The GDC starts on the 4th. I expect interesting developments during and its consequent aftermath.

You forgot the mass censorship on the Total Bisquit AMA at reddit and others + the GameJournoPros leak.

Aaaah. That's probably the biggest clue about those nefarious 300 pages. Taxes.

What are they going on about? I'd check but I'm banned and don't feel like using a vpn or proxy. The libertanians hate it because they see it as government control of information. The national socialists hate it because Soros & co are involved and somehow have the control of information. The conservatives are suspicious of its implementation and possible price control, while the tradionalists hate it because it fuel the dependency of the internet in everyday life. All the rest, like a third of all posters are puzzled because because on paper it does sound good. I dunno about /leftypol/ though, aren't they mostly anarcho-syndicalists? In the end, they are always right Near as I can tell, /leftypol/ are mostly some brand of anarcho or communist. They seem to hate Maoists and anarcho capitalists though. And something about Hoxha. I thought the always right thing was a joke? I suppose we'll have to wait until the 300 pages are released to see what's up. Hoxha? oh dear But yeah, i really wonder why those 300 pages are for. I mean, the principle is so easy: "Do not regulate accessability to content-sites". How difficult is that?

Well, /pol/ is speculating that those undisclosed 300 pages of Net Neutrality are either cancer or aids, and they are always right. So prepare for different degrees of cancer or aids masked as regulatory instancies. Sources: http://www.mediaite.com/online/obama-sent-reddit-a-hand-written-note-to-thank-users-for-net-neutrality-push/ http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/soros-ford-shovel-196-million-to-net-neutrality-groups-staff-to-white-house/article/2560702 http://reason.com/blog/2015/02/26/the-fcc-just-voted-to-regulate-the-inter While i do like that there is an authority that makes sure that access to any content on the internet is not discriminated, i do not like the fact that there has to be an authority that has to decide that, since it is a honeypot for the corrupted. Quite the paradox

Pre-Islam Iran looks so interesting. MOAR.

Sharp_one sheds light on the universe, and information

What? Is this some new interpretation of the many-worlds theory or...? Never knowing or never being able to measure doesn't necessarily imply infinity. I'm not sure what you're getting at.- 19 replies

Philosophers say that we cannot ever estimate the amount of information because we will always lack the understanding to measure it to begin with. Theoretical physicists like Max Tegmark say that any mathatical model possibly concieved can be a description for any universe....so nope. We will never know as we are right now.- 19 replies

She has the cutest smile that i've seen in a while. Normal body weight also, that's a plus. -

Volourn is just morbidly obese on the inside (his veins). -
Well, i wouldn't put the guy in the same league as Ted Kaczynsky and Breivik. They acted on their own esoteric beliefs that they conjured themselves. This guy acted in a way that was perfectly acceptable some parts of the world. But that is a different matter.

I'm a bit confused. Are we talking about the moral obligation that a person has to help people with mental problems and vice versa or are talking about the legality of the state declaring people insane or not? Because the former is as old as humanity itself while the other is a modern invention often championed by the intelligentia. -

I can sense an intent to create pointed satire, it just... points nowhere. Puzzling. One, two, three. Just do after me: laugh. -
Of course I disagreed with Gromnir's post, but it was such an obvious bait that i wanted to have some fun with it.

Not only you had to brag about it in my face, you have to tell it in a public forum as well? What's wrong with you? Just because i called dibs on that girl in our chubby-chaser challenge and you lost doesn't give you the right to be a **** about it. Hopefully there is a law somewhere that Gromnir can dig up that makes it possible to sue you for ungood feel. Either that or i will have you declared mentally unfit for society based on medical terms. Trust me, i have connections to the highest echelons at the local university's cognitive science department and they *will* vouch for me, just you wait. You will burn. You will know pain. Not that it matters, because you will just try to hide it by munching painkillers. Just do it. Have an Aspirin. Eat the pain away, EAT IT! -
Uh, i was just messing around with Gromnir with the same lingo as Anita K. & co uses, then things happened apparantly.

I should've known what i had gotten myself into when i asked this. Come to think of it, i have only read three comics the past 15 years: Transmetropolitan, Fear Agent and Watchmen.

Aren't sub-saharan blacks the ones most prone to get overweight? Or maybe they digest the sugar differently than other races, who knows. -

Everyone gets thinner by starvation. It's not fun, nice and can be dangerous. But it definately works.
