Id probably suggest IRC. I find that text based online games tend to foster more roleplaying and description than graphical interfaces, which lend themselves more easily to combat and effects. If we do choose IRC, I would also suggest irc.psionics.net as our server. It is one I have used in the past, and is fairly well known among the IRC RPing community. Also, it has dicebots and such built into the network, so once you learn a simple interface, the rolls are completed for you based on your parameters.

It differs depending upon the complexity of the storyline and the dedication of the players and GM. Ive had campaigns last for a year or more, and Ive had campaigns last two weeks. Its all relative.

Id prefer during the weekend, so somewhere between Friday at say 3:00 PM EST and Midnight to 1 AM Monday.

I have a character sheet filled out, but Ill probably wait at least a day or two to send it in as I investigate mages and Kuei-jin.

I was referring to the Scientology Bible more than Hubbard's fiction. Very few people have created successful religions of that magnitude, such that they are internationally recognized and have public headquarters. Even fewer of these have created such religions based upon growing their own personal wealth by taking members' assets.

I agree with the others in that social games are usually more interesting to me. There should be at least a few fights, but the campaign should not revolve around the completion of major fights to progress in the storyline. Also, Id like subterfuge and hidden agendas, perhaps within the coterie as well as without. In addition, I wouldnt mind some tasks that rely upon mundane abilities (such as dealing with computers or other technology, breaking and entering, trailing, etc.) as opposed to exclusively vampiric disciplines. Not to say these tasks cannot be made easier through Kindred powers, simply that they are not the end-all-be-all. Finally, I have managed to gain some slight knowledge while researching my character and I thought some references to the Inconnu and/or Golconda might be nice. I am unsure as to other PCs but these plots would appeal to my character's nature in particular, I believe.

First of all, Darque has withdrawn from the game. Servant of Eru will be taking her place. Thus far, I have received lists from Reveilled, jaguars, Meta, Ender, and SoE. That means, I have not received lists from Laozi or Universal Soldier. I havent seen either in a few days, so if someone has a way to contact them, do so. I am once again extending the deadline for country preferences to Friday at 12:00 UTC, though I would prefer to have them before that.

There isnt really a clan based around that precept (unless you possibly count the rebellious Brujah), but Im sure you could still build a character around that concept.

The final decision isnt up to me, but I think we should revise that list so that Mus? is added to the player's list in some way (whether as an addition or replacement I do not know). In my opinion, he deserves it after the dedication he has shown to this topic.

Well, if we use IRC, there are dedicated roleplaying servers, most with their own built-in dicebots. That way everyone can see the roll.
