  1. Why the hell would a droid in the Star Wars universe play Bach?
  2. Those developers are skittish creatures. Leave out a bowl of milk and he'll come back eventually.
  3. Given that the events of Star Wars take place 'a long time ago', and the events of KOTOR take place several thousand years before even that, that would suggest the Star Wars galaxy will not develop droid asses for quite some time. Wonder what the hold-up is?
  4. Done. The Designers will get right on it.
  5. Depends heavily on the genre. In RPGs, story without a doubt. PS:T's gameplay is average, at best, but the storyline beats anything else out there.
  6. I'm under the impression that this was quite clear. What's clear? That KOTOR II will be no more and no less moddable than the first one.
  7. Mine, too. Either that or exceptional suicidal humans.
  8. Not to mention I found it a bit hard to swallow that a Sith Dreadnaught and the freaking STAR FORGE were both only able to spare five or so fighters to come and get you. I don't even think they increased the difficulty of that little 'mini-game' from Taris to the end.
  9. Seriously, these ships were wasted to an even greater extent then the average Sith grunt. Plus, it was never actually shown exactly who was piloting them. If one pissant little smuggling ship can routinely blast a whole squadron of these suckers to bits, who in the hell do they find to pilot them?
  10. BTW, Atton Rand is considerably less gay than he used to be. Though I'll still be disappointed if he doesn't have a heavy lisp.
  11. That's what you get for being born a foreigner.
  12. Don't know if this has been asked: Given that our character is a veteran of the Mandalorian Wars, will he/she be higher than Level 1 when we start? Maybe Level 3 or something to show that he/she isn't just a green recruit?
  13. True. But I really, really like the cloaks. Much better then the rock-solid brown Jedi robes of the first game. I'm not expecting much graphical improvement, so my reaction is based largely on approval to what they DID add.
  14. What he said....except I'm wagering a Far Superior storyline, or at least how that storyline is presented. Bioware often makes great stories and then dilutes them with massive plot-holes, one-dimensional characters and crappy dialogue; I expect Obsidian can do a better job in this area. And to the mods, that's just a statement of opinion, no trolling here.
  15. Was thinking the same thing. Give that guy his walking papers, please. On the plus side, the rest of the trailer was FREAKING AWESOME.
  16. Lucasarts said 'no mega plot-twists this time', so I doubt this. Plus, it would piss me off royally if I went to all that work redeeming her only to have the developers yank the victory out from under me because they wanted a nifty plot device.
  17. The to-be-announced Sith Yoda-thing.
  18. Another example of a game that has multiple endings not tied to whether you were 'good' or bad': Deus Ex. If KOTOR II had three or more Deus Ex-style ambiguous endings in which you had to decide which outcome was best without gigantic signposts telling you which is good and which is evil, I would cream my jeans.
  19. - That Mandalorian raider leader on Dantooine whooped me pretty bad the first few times I fought him. - Beating the Taris Governor (with my party) and Bendak Starkiller (alone) with a level 2 Scoundrel. Possible, but incredibly annoying. - Beating Malak with my Light Side Guardian my first time through. I didn't have a single Force Power capable of knocking out those Jedi containers, so I had to keep fighting him after he recharged. Otherwise, yeah, KOTOR was not a challenging game. Not in the least.
  20. Have I ever told you that Yoda's ears turn me on? When can I pick you up, sugar-thighs?
  21. I don't know. You look pretty sexy with that avatar and all.
  22. Is that a yes, or are you hitting on him?
  23. Ahhh, but the key word is last Jedi. Who knows how many Sith you may encounter who were once your comrades-in-arms against the Mandalorians and who fell with Revan to the Dark Side?
  24. Heh. There seems to be a wide divergence of opinion on this subject.
