  1. Military conflict tends to unify the country (USA), but I'm not sure that's possible under this President. I suppose it depends on how Iran retaliates.

  2. Hi Everyone! I am new to this game, and so far I love it! its both insane and cosy at the same time :-) What I would love to see in the game would be, big humans coming in the backyard sometimes. Like maybe the owner of the house or something? Lets say the owner of the house comes out in the backyard and we have to be carefull for not getting stepped on by big feets etc. This indeed would maybe make the game feel more "Alive" ?

  3. as childish as it may appear, am wondering how much the mockery trump endured for his reflexive "two weeks" announcement led to him moving quickly to end diplomatic efforts and instead resort to an overt display of military force. first, netanyahu maneuvers trump into helping him with attacks on iran that israel couldn't manage itself; donald didn't wanna look weak by admitting that israel had not only successful attacked numerous iranian sites, but that israel purposeful kept the US in the dark about the attacks. and trump, like a child, were jealous of the positive attention israel was getting on fox? then we get the "two week" jokes, which reveal just how often trump goes limp after making a bold pronouncement. trump didn't like that very much. am suspecting what the US needs most is a competent kindergarten teacher, somebody with experience keeping little kids in line, to handle trump. HA! Good Fun!

  4. I think if we end up with a single source that supplies only what you want to watch, then we'll then have to worry about monopolistic tendencies from the supplier. I.e. sure we can watch anything, but at a higher cost. Also, with a monopoly, there's less incentive to release quality programming. I don't think there will be a net benefit for the consumer.

  5. I have the same issue. Spent collectively about 12 hours trying to troubleshoot it. I've always been able to eventually get a Dualsense controller to work (sometimes using DualsenseX or DS4Windows of course), but Avowed is the one game that beat me. I finally had to get an 8bitdo controller that just registers as an Xbox controller and that solved the issue. But yeah, specifically my problem was that all buttons worked fine unless I was in any sort of menu. In the pause menus, LB, RB, B, and X didn't work. The buttons were registered, because if I shook my mouse to switch the UI to PC controls, then pressed RB, it would switch back to Xbox controls, but the button press wouldn't move the menu. This happened across both Gamepass and Steam versions. Also, for me it has nothing to do with drift as that Reddit thread seems to suggest. I tried completely disabling the sticks in software and it did not help.

  6. This sound more fair! but having big people walking around you is a really cool idea! But without them destroying our base ofc. But I really wish they add them into the game sometime in the future! Makes the feeling of being "Small like an ant" even more REAL!
