  2. Same thing has happened to me a couple of times. Usually I just reload an earlier save, but this time it happened just as I escaped from the Wolf Spider in the Spider Den Ants Nest. Game Crashed, and on reloading, my buggy is no longer there. I can't recall it, and it isn't in the nest back at my base. This is the first week of early access, so of course we should all expect these things. I don't mind at all usually. But I really, really don't want to have to go back through that Spider Den Ants Nest.
  3. Hello! When I join my bf's game as player 2 he can see my gamertag and therefore see where I am in game but I can't see his. Flags show up but I can't see him which it makes it difficult to find/go to him/follow him. We have checked all settings ect. We play on xbox. Is this a bug that needs to fixed?

  6. I am extremely hopeful that the lag I experienced, both in multiplayer and single player, when playing on steam will be a priority when it comes to improvements. Other comments- the tool changes are a great idea except I would prefer to use the attack action and instead have the hold “e” as a option in accessibility so people with hand cramps can choose it. Most of the changes are actually pretty fantastic as far as I can tell with what little I can play with lag (gotta stay in rather safe areas when you can’t fight well from lag). Other suggestions: Loving the new insects but roach nymphs are way stronger than expected. I have a pet tarantula and feed her roaches and while the adults can be tough the nymphs are ridiculously weak. In nature they are known for soft body because their strategy for survival is hiding in narrow places rather than being tanky. I would love to be able to set traps. To catch certain insects like aphids and gnats rather than having to chase them down. Defensive traps would also be nice. Better choice in assigning weapons and consumables to hot bar would be a great improvement. Looks like a great sequel and looking forward to seeing improvements, especially in lag so it’s not so hard to play!
  7. SPOILERS BEYOND THIS POINT *FINAL WARNING* After completing the ACT I and playing for 30 hours (and continuing to play) I've struck a few ideas for potential O.R.C Bugs Evolution. Now obviously I don't know what is already in the blueprints or the route that Obsidian would like to take the O.R.C bugs after the first ACT but I would like to see some sort of evolution in them and some sort of challenge put into them after finishing each ACT to keep the O.R.C bugs fresh and keep us on our toes with our strategies on tackling these bugs. Now we have a chunky list already and I am happy with it BUT if we are going to be fighting these same creatures through out every ACT and the entire playthrough I would love there to be a change to them to start of the list of examples lets take the Orb Weaver first. After ACT one I would imagine that the Mysterious Stranger (MS) would have to up their game with these creatures, so as a start she takes the Orb Weavers front legs (that they use for making a defensive web) and "O.R.Cify" them, now whenever an O.R.C Orb Weaver enters defence mode they summon a purple holographic web almost like a force field that redirects the players hits into energy, this energy being shown by the web shield getting brighter. This energy then charges the Orb Weaver's scream attack, when used it will empower them and any Weaver Jrs/Spiderlings around them with O.R.C energy for 2 seconds or something. Now this holographic web shield can still be broken but it has to be OVERCHARGED and start to get cracks on it to be broken and to cancel out the scream ability, I feel to help with breaking the web could stay up longer and or take more damage from certain weapon types/trinkets (sour for example). This change would make it so the Weaver's scream isn't just for a small fear factor, or the web for just pure blocking BUT now as a decision maker/potential game changer for the player, will you attack the web and overload it potentially empowering other spiders around you? Or will you not attack it and focus on everything else around it first. One last example to wrap this up is the lady bug. The lady bug's strong and BIG back could be used to O.R.C bug's advantage now the wings of the lady bug have been replaces with O.R.C custom wings and now when hit consumes energy to charge and empower the Lady Bug, now whenever the lady bug uses it's scream ability NOT ONLY will it heal itself, but it will also heal fellow O.R.C Enemies, the range and healing amount is affected by how charged it is up to a maximum. This could encourage the player to either leave the lady bug as last letting it be a menace and charging the player knocking them off course OR get the player to try and take it on but trying their best to avoid hitting the wings on the Lady Bug. I'm sure these changes aren't exactly the route that Obsidian would want to take the game, but I felt it appropriate to at least PUT the idea out there to potentially encourage SOMETHING that could bring changes to O.R.C creatures after finishing ACT 1. I have alot more ideas for these bugs in the bank and are more than willing to share if requested. Thank you for reading
  8. Yeah, I have seen it, but thanks for thinking of me anyway. I've been considering it, but frankly, there is no way I will play it anytime soon, so I will pass for now. I generally try not to buy games now, which I am unlikely to play right away, as I end up with endless backlog, that I never get around to actually playing. Speaking of fighting games:
  9. I'm not so far into the game, but I am not gaining any disposition at all and the "list" beneath the book on the right is completely empty. I have chosen a variety of options, diplomatic, aggressive, etc. but nothing is showing. I definitely told the pirate at the start that I'll take his head, which is given as a textbook example of aggressive, yet the disposition list is completely empty.
  10. This is the fifth instance i've now seen of this bug. It's a game breaking bug that prevents progress as you are unable to scan your way through the door and thus means you cannot finish the current story. I've submitted this bug directly to Obsidian and hopefully we will get a response and a quick fix within the coming weeks.
  11. I think it would be amazing if you could add weather/elements to the game like rain and thunder maybe even seasons? I can imagine seasons would be odd to do because we keep track of days and we would want seasons to come maybe once every 30 days or something not really sure.
  12. 1. You should be able to interact with breakable things such as quartzite while riding on the buggies if the are within a proximity. 2. You should be able to use ranged weapons while on buggies 3. Currently it seems that if you are riding a buggie you can't open/Interact with the buggies inventory/backpack which seems like something you should be able to.

I want to start off by saying I've never posted a topic in a forum before, nor have I generally gave feedback or suggestions to a game studio/devs. With that out of the way, this topic is simple, I would like to suggest adding a "Flattening" feature/weapon/tool. Possibly something similar to Valheim. Me and my girlfriend love building bases and outposts throughout the yard, but some of the terrain is just frustrating with unbreakable rocks/dirt mounds scattered across, so my thought process is that this idea might resonate with the builders of the community.   14. Same issues. Crash to dashboard Freezing while or just after sprinting Crash to dashboard while frozen deletes buggie Death while frozen spawns back pack in far right section of uncompleted map.

  16. I usually play grounded 2 with my brother but it crashes alot. We both have generally decent Internet speeds but when we are running on our ants 1 of us will freeze, this can be for a few seconds or as much as a minute then we start to move again, it only happens to 1 of us at a time. We have tried swapping which of us is the host with no difference except the host crashes/freezes less often. Bugs/spiders often float over our heads or walk on invisible paths in the sky. I have had 4 buggies now because if the game crashes back to dashboard while I am on my buggie and the screen has frozen my buggie gets deleted once I return to the game, on 1 occasion the game froze while I was on my buggie then crashed to dashboard. When I logged back in and rejoined the game my buggie had somehow become my brothers buggie so both buggies in the nest were his and I didn't have 1. When we un-registered mine so I could take it back it vanished. We are both on Xbox series X - 60-75mbps Internet and we make sure nothing else is connected to the Internet, we are also both hard wired (ethernet) so there shouldn't be this many issues. It doesn't happen as often to the host but it still happens.
  17. Where you gotta over load the mixr bugs are spawning every few minutes before you even start the mixr. There is no time to do anything. And honestly for someone playing mild the on slaught is way to harsh. Also the turret doesn't invert making it hard to use for someone who plays with inverted mouse.

  20. Getting stuck in the floors of my base. Even got stuck under a cement slab.
  21. My friend and I can’t play together. We can join the same person on multiplayer and play, but if the other tries to join that multiplayer lobby, the other gets kicked. Vice Versa. Can’t join multiplayer lobby either a 4098 error or network 3: 63 error. example: I’m in game with X friend. My other friend tries to join game, I get kicked, and they fail to join. example: friend is in game with X friend. I try to join, my friend immediately gets kicked and I fail to join. I’ve tried everything.
  22. have a look at the free inventory spaces, you might have dropped it on the floor when gathering and having no place in the inventory to place the item
  23. hello everyone, what i might suggest is reinstalling the game from the founder pack itself.. i had the problem on steam when i first bought grounded 2 standalone and after couple hours of gameplay i purchased the founder pack DLC, i did not have the option to change skins. i reinstalled the game from the founder pack dlc and it appeared in the menus after.
