I finished Inez's companion quest several levels ago and got her the new graft. I tried afterwards to do the party upgrade on workbench and it wasn't available, so I assumed I needed to wait for something else, but now I see it should've happened after I completed the quest and spoke to her about it. I've done so much since then so I would rather not use her than restore (shame b/c I love her medical abilities), but has anyone else had and solved this issue?

My character has missing eyebrows in the Character overview screen. I started the game with settings for Hide Helmet: On, but even after turning it off and removing the helmet, the eyebrows are missing in the Character overview screen. If I adjust settings for 3rd persion view to view my character outside of the Character menu, I can see eyebrows successfully. It's something exclusive to the Character overview screen. Thanks!

Encountered a bug where I cannot progress to the Vox Relay station without killing my way the the entire Protectorate faction or doing other janky things. TL;DR I can't use the Writ of Conscription to get in. I did the quests for Milverstreet to recruit/sabotage the people in Westport and got the Writ of Conscription from Vigilant Hogarth. However, I can't show the Writ to the Protectorate guard on the bridge leading into the Vox Relay. This is (likely) because I already chatted with the guard about finding the traitors (and turning in Inez, though I didn't follow through that dialogue option) as an alternate means of getting access. I refused the quest to find the traitors, but in my exploration, I must have come across one of them. I had dialogue with the guard relating to a person jumping to their death and needing proof of this but I don't recall where this person would have been and don't actually have the quest in my quest log (since I never accepted it). It's worth noting that, during the Westport sequence, I also sent the guard's cousin (Charleston?) to see her and try to convince her to leave. This interaction where he gets crucified may also be contributing to the bug. Regardless, I can't show her the Writ to get past, I don't want to do the quest to find the traitors, and it would be a huge pain if I did want to because it's not in my quest log. My only options are basically to turn over Inez to be hanged or stumble upon the arm of the traitor. I'm just starting over because it's only 7 hours in but definitely a punch to the gut.

Yes there is interference from several countries that include the UAE and Russia and they all have vested interests in the war continuing but the 2 Sudanese factions fighting it are the main problem But the real disappointment for me is this should be something that the AU resolves but its toothless. Very good at rhetoric and podium statements but terrible at implementation of its own policies Africa cannot realize its full potential until the likes of the AU is effective and consistent So failing that we constantly fall back on the UN to resolve Africa's problems with mixed results. And then if a UNSC is vetoed you see nothing constructive Unfortunately Trumps direct intervention and transactional approach to geopolitics has more success in several conflicts than the UNSC but the US has no interests in this Sudan war so I cant see the US intervening unless asked?

I've had a slightly different issue. I've recruited Inez, but I can't start the mission "Brain Benders of Auntie's Choice" because when I talk to Milverstreet, the only dialogue option is to end the conversation.

Yep. Game is broken until patched. Would be nice if someone from Obsidian read the forum and gave us some indication our game would be fixed. Honestly if it isn't, I'm going to try for a refund. I lost the entire pre-release period with this bug.

Maybe someone should lean on the UAE to stop funding the RSF.

Unfortunately no fix has been found yet. Something interesting happens though - if you have Inez stuck in a "conversation" with Milverstreet, and you go to the female scientist that is trying to tame the Raptidon and talk to her, Inez pops up again behind you and starts walking towards the building with Milverstreet. If you go there and kill him before she reaches him, she'll suddenly pop up behind you, with her back to you, and if you talk to her, she'll act as if you've already recruited her, but wants nothing to do with you anymore (because of the murder), and after the end of the conversation attacks you.

Support wrote me they are working on it. But they didn't say anything certain. So, it's clear to me that the bonuses will only go live tomorrow, when the game releases for the rest of the world. We, who paid in advance, will be forgotten about again.

This is happening to me, too! I have no food or meds in my inventory and I collect literally all of it. Nothing left in there. I just got to golden ridge when I noticed. So frustrating.

Rotfinger Gloves are very good, because iirc the radius of that implementation of Touch of Rot on the gloves is much bigger than the actual Druid spell's (which only has 1.25m radius I believe the gloves' spell has at least twice the radius?). I suspect Touch of Rot got nerfed at some point during development, but since spells on items are just hard copies of those spells (and don't get changed when you alter the original spell) the Touch of Rot on the gloves was forgotten and stayed nice and big. Just a theory though, I don't know for sure. Concerning Combusting Wounds: Touch of Rot causes a DoT (after the initial dmg) - that doesn't trigger Combusting Wounds stacks like pulsing spells do. Wall spells are perfect because they pulse every second and stay for a fairly long time. Beams also pulse every second but have a short duration of 10 seconds which cannot be altered, so I don't consider them to be great in combination with Combusting Wounds. Chillfog however works nicely because it pulses every 3 secs and in addition does blind - which helps to hit with the wall spell more often. There are some boots which can trigger a beam by themselves (when you get crit iirc). Those could be cool if you wear them when you plan to treat a boss with Combusting Wounds. Same as multiple Retaliation items I guess. But I never tried that out tbh. You have to keep in mind that when going solo you will have to cast all those spells yourself, so timing Combusting Wounds + Wall + Chillfog optimally is a bit of a challenge. Works better with lots of DEX and Deleterious Alacrity.

I registered because I wanted to reply real quick. From the back porch of the lady scientist collecting comic books, I noticed someone fighting drones in the area first screenshotted by Kyana. I assumed it was a random patrol, but now I think it was Inez. Later, when I went to that area, there are container/corpse indications on the minimap... but no bodies to loot. I think Inez is getting trapped in the map or fell through the floor on her way to the town hall. For a number of people, I don't think we can fix this quest, and in absolutely classic Obsidian fashion, I think we're waiting on a patch. I'm going to put the game down until then. I played my first Outer Worlds run without Parvaati, and that's just not a game worth playing in comparison to having her with.

Loading screens don't display correctly at 4k when Windows scaling is set to anything other than 300% (I use 125%) as per this screenshot https://ibb.co/RptDNtQx Some in game UI elements also have issues such as Flaw descriptions in vendor screens with the descriptions being too large and not disappearing when not mousing over.

Really would be great to get some update about this from Obsidian. It's the most upvoted issue by far.

This companion quest fails to update if you have to resolve it violently because killing the junior arbiter does not update the quest (the marker stays above her body and the quest state remains the same).

I'd do mig 18 / con 8 / dex 18 / per 10 / int 18 / res 6 I've make a run with a solo wiz just hard and he worked well. Per is not so important in PoE1. And Rotfinger Gloves on top of that (Touch of Rot)

I chose the restricted access perk and after a short while, all the extra items disappeared from the vending machines, I do have the blank blocks that say restricted even in places they don't belong like my own inventory, I however also downloaded the console enabler along with a mod to re-customize my character, including perks, and removing and re-adding has changed nothing. ( I also have the character repeating dialog, though not super annoying or anything, val will actually give you advanced security keys upon re-entering your ship over and over, so exploit, I suppose )
