The All Things Political Topic - What's Going On...?

Well was more the fact that he's an anti-vaccine grifter, I suppose like everyone else in the US administration. It's such a trivial amount to keep on studying mRNA, another arrow in the quiver isn't a bad thing, especially in light of stuff like -https://edition.cnn.com/2025/08/05/weather/nws-rehiring-doge-layoffs-climate or DOGE wasting $20B. -

I was just thinking about your erstwhile watching of Space Adventure Cobra the other day... I think you'll enjoy it more than I did. I mean, I enjoyed it fine, but it was a little bit of a lukewarm enjoyment.

Im not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but when fighting the wolf spiders, their attacks seem to have a vacuum effect where they pull me into the wolf spider -

It’s likely the game will become available for switch 2 once the full game releases. The graphics would still not be “stunning” even though the switch is new it only runs about like a PS4, which is still good depending on how you look at it, but you never know, they could shock us :DD

Yes as a builder the buggy follow distance is a issue while harvesting resources.

Like many others, this story quest is just bugged. We killed all the ORCs in the area and the quest icon is still there and won”t progress. I suspect a big clipped through the map and we now can’t kill it. This game is great and I know it’s pre release but holy bugs. My buggy constantly clips inside of rocks, instantly killing me, not to mention the frequent crashes and general lack of optimization. RTX 4090 and I have to run the game on low 60fps just to prevent overheating.. I hope it gets a good patch on full release!

ivan ferreira replied to jamiep13's topic in Grounded 2: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
I managed to solve the bug with my backpacks, but I can't make another ant mount, and because of that I can't advance in the game, because the ant mount opens certain paths -

There has been work on a universal flu vaccine for several years now, predating this administration. NIH clinical trial of universal flu vaccine candidate begins That doesn't mean you won't need to have regular updates to deal with mutations. -

any guess on how long it would take for small pox to make a come back -
Update: I was able to recreate the glitch kind of, if you go into a lab or into a place where your buggy can't follow you, it then deletes your buggy until you call it back. If you then go into the statue area pipe entrance about halfway between the intersection to go into the lab and the pipe entrance, back up against a wall and face forward and then use the "T" menu to call your buggy, it will appear out of bounds on top of the pipe. While this gets the buggy out of bounds I still haven't found a place to where you can get on the buggy while it is out of bounds.

Hi there, I was hoping someone would be able to tell me what files I would have to modify to, for example: change Priest of Berath's subclass spell list (the ones you get automatically on level up) with Priest of Rymrgand. Or perhaps changing some of ancient druid's subclass spells, swapping them with some other druid spell. You probably get the idea. I'm currently reading through other posts that seem related or relevant to this but while I've done some minor playing with the files in visual studio code, I'm not really sure how many things I have to change here to get my desired result. If I've missed a very relevant past post that would tell me exactly how to do this in my searches let me know. I appreciate any assistance!

A counter-argument to what exactly? I didn't make a single argument (and boy am I glad I didn't). How is it *not* a blind defense if you just start throwing out examples and a wall of text when triggered by the slightest hint of potential criticism? You heard a rustle in the bushes and you opened fire with everything you had. At least you're honest, so that's good. And how do you think your "argument" will affect future players? If someone comes to this thread, all they will see is you showing 0 interest in any argument as to why this system could POSSIBLY be flawed or inferior and trying to drown me in words. All they will conclude is that this forum is not a place to get honest feedback or to have an honest discussion about the game, because the veterans here literally admit that they don't care what you have to say: the game is superior and you need to deal with it. How can you possibly say to yourself "hell yes, I really showed him and this will definitely encourage onlookers to talk to me more." If what you did was for optics, then you did yourself a huge disservice. Also, my "rant" was like 3 lines, how is that a rant? And if that was a rant, then what does that make your...utterance by comparison? I wrote 3 lines "hey, I don't like this, can I go elsewhere for a fix", then you write a massive post about how I cannot possibly have a point to make and you call *me* out on *my* rant? How can you object to something you don't even know the reasons for?! You're not just biased, you're a literal zealot. First, you can't judge my personal opinion if you don't know what it is. Second, you dismissed my position out of hand without even asking for a single reasoning: you judged me as harshly as you could: "I don't care what you have to say, you must be wrong." That is the definition of judgmental. Finally, you are being passive aggressive as hell. Just because you're using nice words, doesn't mean you're not literally telling me that my opinion is invalid and I have nothing to say. Your position is, by your own admission: "I don't care what you have to say, I'm not even going to try and convince you, I am right, you have no idea what you're talking about." If this is what a pillar of this community looks like, then I'll go see myself out.

suggestions/ideas More traps and depth
Sorumeito replied to Sorumeito's topic in Grounded 2: Feedback & Suggestions
That's a good idea, they could have a flying boss fight too where you have to get a bee mount to fly around and fire arrows at the enemy (a queen wasp or a flying dragon fly) and the reward is a smaller boss version mount. Utilize the other modes of possible and transportation. Heck I love how skin crawling some situations can become with spiders, if they plan on going up in higher tiers, there are so many possibilities to accurately do that without running out of material to work with. Grounded 2 can be as large as gta5 and still be oodles and oodles of fun and creativity. Like if they increase the map size, id like to see a fast travel potential using an earth worm express (incase they need to separate the maps to keep the game running smoothly, they could have the masked stranger set up a fort or wall that keeps the player out until they get a item or pass her test) i would say put in unique mounts for fort traversal like a rhinoceros beetle name Susie that was a kid's pet that he lost. Since the beetle can lift 850 times their own weight, itd be cool to add. -
