[Guns] [Criticals] calculation problem : less dmg when they crit

the damage formula make guns do less damage when they critic. Outside of few instance where you roll low dmg with hits, the criticals never reach the max dmg of hits and do less than hits on average.

In the meanwhile, there's a mod in the mod forum that removes "blunted criticals" from every weapon.
