while this is fixed in 3.0.2 beta, it seems like proc is still a bit wobbly it feels like 5% chance to cast divine mark twice instead of 10% chance to cast it once

(i can confirm the twice casting part, can almost oneshot itumaak with one proc)

If you can control how they feel, you can control how they think.

Should it actually hit Itumaak ? o_O

I thought 3.02-beta fixed the issue, that and Firebrand also proccing on allies.

It should if you are purposefully attacking him ;)

The bug was for the proc hitting the wielder, which appears to no longer be the case. If it goes off twice at once, though, that's definitely a bug.

i was indeed attacking Itumaak to check, as it has infinite health due to being ranger companion

before the bug was it would proc, but on your target and yourself causing divine mark to both, now it procs both divine marks on your target

also proc rate feels quite low
