3.0 beta, *missing itemmods* on new items

I found a soulbound scepter in my inventory when I installed the patch and activated the stronghold quest; I don't remember ever getting it in the expansion so I assume it's newly added?  Anyway, one of the enchantments for it has a *missing itemmods*

 

There is also *missing itemmods* on the unique ring you get for completing the new quest to defend Caud Nua.  Everything else in the quest looked well implemented and it was fun to do, I especially liked calling on allies from Defiance Bay and the expansion.

All the stronghold features will be included into the base game! So you don't need any of the expansions to experience the new changes to the stronghold. As for the missing itemmods. This has already been fixed and will be in the official 3.0 patch.

Actually, Aarik—what enchant gives +15 Accuracy / +15% damage?

 

Fine is +4 Accuracy / +15% damage and none give +15 Accuracy that I know of. I know Legendary is coming with TWM pt. II, but I'd expect it to follow the same pattern as the others and grant +16 Accuracy / +60% damage.
