Like title says. As far I have seen it doen not have it?

Would be nice to see some good cinematics depicting key events in the story for example? :)

I don't think it has any CGI cut scenes if that is what you are asking.

It does has narrated text based story bits, like BG and IWD.

And probably some ingame cut scenes.

Ok thanks for the answers. So maybe opening cinematic only, nobody knows for sure? :p

Its understandable if there isn't more due to costs. Also it's not most important, but it would have been a nice extra :)

No cinematics (maybe an intro?) most probably, just cut-scenes in forms of a picture with a scrolling text, an in-engine animation or sketched scripted interactions.

There are movies, just a warning though - Unity's movie player is not very good and it lags a bit (yeah I know lol).

Wow! So we gotta see movies? I'm curious. I'd expect something close to the BG ones, some moving sketches or something. Am I close, Sensuki? Did u see them actually or just the files? Damn, I'm intrigued for some reason :p

Those are the blasphemous EE versions. Baldur's Gate had actual cinematics:

"You're a fool if you believe I would trust your benevolence. Step aside and you and your lackeys will be unhurt."

Oh, right! I forgot about the original BG cinematics. Maybe because I only played it a bit many years later. I only remeber the sketch-like intro of BG2 :p Way better than this one btw.

I really hope Pillars' is nothing similar :D
