February 4, 201511 yr I absolutely adore those crackling inglenook fire place rest screens when you rest at the inn. However, on my system, I get to see it for 1.5s (EDIT: make that 3-4 secs), which is far too fast. 5 or 10 s, would be fitting, I reckon. It's a wholesome rest, after all. February 4, 201511 yr This is the first time I see someone complain loading takes too long xD (Well, okay there was this one game where the tutorial loading screens with button information went fast and automatically started while useless infoless loading on the actual game required input to continue, but less said about that horrible made game the better) ^ I agree that that is such a stupid idiotic pathetic garbage hateful retarded scumbag evil satanic nazi like term ever created. February 4, 201511 yr It is getting to the point, with SSD drives and other things, where loading may be so fast that the "loading screen" as info/something pleasant to stare at may become a bit obsolete. I don't even have a SSD and the loading screens in Borderlands2 went by so fast I couldn't even read most of the "game hints" they always had. But a rest screen could be lengthened, I'd imagine. Still gaming with my 9900k/2080ti/32 ram. One day I suppose a game may inspire me to finally upgrade. Maybe.
February 4, 201511 yr It seems like the wilderness rest screen runs for a bit longer, the Inn ones should do that as well. And yeah, make them skippable. Listen to my home-made recordings (some original songs, some not): http://www.youtube.c...low=grid&view=0
February 4, 201511 yr The BG ones where movies though, not loading screens. As much as I would like a loading screens to be 'skippable'... that kind of defeats the purpose of a loading screen... ^ I agree that that is such a stupid idiotic pathetic garbage hateful retarded scumbag evil satanic nazi like term ever created. February 5, 201511 yr It's really good to hear that people enjoy some of the extra flair added in. I've informed the team of the suggestion to extend it a little. Keep up the solid work, everyone!
February 5, 201511 yr have it run real-time o' 8 hours for all we care, but make it skippable, please. HA! Good Fun! February 5, 201511 yr have it run real-time o' 8 hours for all we care, but make it skippable, please. HA! Good Fun! Unskippable on Path of the Damned imo
February 5, 201511 yr We made the movies last a bit longer and we made them skippable. *High Five* Follow me on twitter - @adam_brennecke
February 5, 201511 yr Make the Obsidian intro 3 minutes long with a slow scroll detailing all of your titles, and if you try to skip it have Kreia pop up and berate you for your lack of patience.
February 5, 201511 yr Now make the Obsidian Intro at the beginning skippable too I think they are all skippable now. Haven't tried it yet. Follow me on twitter - @adam_brennecke
February 7, 201511 yr I hope so. Oh how we all hate the forced 2 minutes of unskippable intro's on most modern AAA-games. It's one of the first 'fixes' one looks for. ^ I agree that that is such a stupid idiotic pathetic garbage hateful retarded scumbag evil satanic nazi like term ever created. At least top 5.
