PK htiw klaw eriF
I did my chest today. Woldan
Powerlifting style squats, heavy doubles and triples. A lot of people miss out big time when they don't work their legs and only do chest and shoulders. I gazed at the dead, and for one dark moment I saw a banquet. Hurlshort
Aw, this thread makes me miss Woldan. I hope he's doing well. Yeah, we all work out here. Most people post about it in What you did today. Diets are dumb, just establish good nutritional habits that are sustainable over the long term.
Blarghagh
Same, seeing this thread pop up made me go 'is Woldan back?'. I do DDP Yoga and hiking, but I don't really do any weight lifting or such.

Azdeus
Words can not describe the sense of dissapointment I felt when I came to the realization that Woldan wasn't back. 2 Civilization, in fact, grows more and more maudlin and hysterical; especially under democracy it tends to degenerate into a mere combat of crazes; the whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, most of them imaginary. - H.L. gomeshelen
I started attending the gym finally. 3 times per week regular trainings with personal trainer + healthy diet. It's not so easy as it seems. I even started thinking of non-invasive sugar thread lift procedure. I heard it gives results much more faster. Hurlshort
I had to look that up. Is a thread lift like a face list? I have 3 weeks until my Half Ironman. Sunday I ran 10 miles at a steady 7:35 mile pace with some hills, so I feel ready.
