I have to talk to Adam and Josh, but we can try to aim for Wednesday or Thursday.

I am waiting on another patch. Looking to try more character builds.

That great news i only wish that this version of beta will repair the disarm trap bug. One more thing will we get the same version as Josh played last time on Twitch?

Can't wait!

me too, depending on what they detail

In-Development: Turn-Based cRPG, late backing OPEN!

An update Wednesday would be amazing! I'm keen to play the build Josh was playing.

I would imagine the release this week would be newer than Josh's livestream.

When the Obsidian guys wake up, they should instantly see that we want a NEW UPDATE YEAAAAAH!  :dancing:

Yeah if we haven't heard about it by today I'd say we're not getting it. I think they have some "other stuff" on as well.

Do you mean prepping for PAX or is something else going on?

Well if they have a PAX version ready they can release that one for backers.

Both actually.

Update please! I have a few days off.

At some point in the next month or so they're going to have to try and get a stable gold master build ready for the Physical editions so it can be mastered to the DVD's (unless the physical edition is a box with a card containing a download code :) ). It will be interesting to see if the beta continues when they get to that point and it's likely to disrupt there regular schedule a fair bit.

Well if they are intending to make the release date, they may be doing it sooner rather than later.

Yes, I'd suspect they'rd want it by the end of Jan, so they could be doing it now or in the middle of crunch time for hunting down as many blocking bugs as possible.

end of the working day :p

'Cause the heat is on..."

I think they're busy with organizing a PAX build / sorting out the physical release. Wouldn't be surprised if that pushes the update back a bit.

end of the working day :p

You had one job developers...  ;)

Hehe, seriously though. Hope it can come this week.

Disappointed by no new patch but don't blame them in the slightest. They are on the home straight of sorts and I'm sure there is a significant amount of work to be done at this stage, external to development as well. I foresee this being my favourite game of all time possibly!

Well there is still today, but BAdler usually lets us known 1-2 days in advance whether there is going to be a patch or not. He only said maybe/wasn't confident about it, which usually ends up being next week.

Hopefully they'll let us know what's up by the end of the day, but I assume PAX and going gold might be higher priorities this week.
