It'll never happen, but it is weird.There's a part of me that would find England saying "Oh, you've decided our money's too good to turn your back on? And contribute more tax dollars than they receive. In fact, if we were going to describe an area of the US that gets lots of handouts from the federal government compared to what it puts in, we would be looking at the Deep South before the East Coast.
