As you have no PoE Badge, I believe you have not yet completed the Pledge  process (https://eternity.obsidian.net/). Until you do so, no badges will, in fact, be available.

You don't have the PE Backer Badge yet. Have you completed the Pledge Management process?

Should I submit a ticket? Also having issues with add ons, and sadly have had no recent replies to my previous ticket (unless everyone has just come back to work today in your billing department)

I too backed during the kickstarter phase, but do not appear to have the green k symbol. Please add if you get the chance.

For what it's worth, I believe the portal was/is specifically having issues today. It should be back up soon.

 

(Basically, that isn't just you, today. It's the portal, methinks.)
