Morgoth Posted October 19, 2010 Posted October 19, 2010 Playing Unreal 2. Very fun and diverese shooter. And it's kinda sad that this 7 year old game looks at least as good as todays Unreal Engine 3 games. Rain makes everything better.

Calax Posted October 19, 2010 Posted October 19, 2010 TF2. Ended up fighting a bit with tale (usually got demolished but then, it seemed like anytime I saw him three rockets were already about to hit my face). I demanded tribute and you gave none! For that the penalty was pain! Pity you were stuck on RED team. Silly RED team. I said I'd give you dagons soul! Victor of the 5 year fan fic competition! Kevin Butler will awesome your face off.
Nightshape Posted October 19, 2010 Posted October 19, 2010 Mirror's Edge, its so unforgiving it makes me touch myself with excitement. I came up with Crate 3.0 technology. Crate 4.0 - we shall just have to wait and see.Down and out on the Solomani RimNow the Spinward Marches don't look so GRIM!
Maria Caliban Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 Mirror's Edge, its so unforgiving it makes me touch myself with excitement. I want to know how something so hyped could be so unappreciated. I rarely found it difficult, but always found it absorbing. "When is this out. I can't wait to play it so I can talk at length about how bad it is." - Gorgon.

I rarely found it difficult, but always found it absorbing. Yeah, sure, whatever. But does it make you touch yourself with excitement? ... (I'm going to get banned for sexual harassment. HoonDing Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 I uninstalled Mirror's Edge when those ninjas with tazers showed up. I could never get away from them in time. The ending of the words is ALMSIVI.
RPGmasterBoo Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 I rarely found it difficult, but always found it absorbing. I agree. Took me about 2 days to finish it. The story was crap, but the aesthetics and gameplay were ever so good. I played the entire game through without firearms. Nightshape Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 I always play over-hyped games way after the hype has died down, allows me to get a good perspective on a game. There is reason in this madness, hype spoilt NWN's and BG2 for me in many ways, so now I refuse to acknoledge the hype machine. Alot of hyped games do actually suck, but occasionally I play something like Mirror's Edge and feel it deserved the hype it got. I came up with Crate 3.0 technology. Crate 4.0 - we shall just have to wait and see.Down and out on the Solomani RimNow the Spinward Marches don't look so GRIM!
Deraldin Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 I uninstalled Mirror's Edge when those ninjas with tazers showed up. I could never get away from them in time. Aw, I loved those guys. So much more fun to hear footsteps behind you as you race along rather than getting shot. Depending on the area, you can usually find a cop with a gun that you can take which allows you to just shoot the tazer ninjas. Or you could learn the patterns and take them out in melee. Personally, I liked keeping them right behind me so that I could jump off buildings at the end of a chase, turn around mid-air and flip them off.
Malcador Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 Got Quel'Delar in WoW, sucks that I didn't get Quel'serrar when it was easy to at 80 or 70, bleh. Then I'd have the whole set, eat your hearts out elves! Other than that, should gear up to get FO:NV. Why has elegance found so little following? Llyranor Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 Mirror's Edge really starts to shine when you go into the Time Trials. Those are awesome. (Approved by Fio, so feel free to use it)
Tale Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 I got my money's worth on it at that steam christmas sale for something like $5. I'd play a sequel. "Show me a man who "plays fair" and I'll show you a very talented cheater."
Calax Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 Am playing a bit of Dynasty Warriors online (I know you're all DYING to hear about it). Basically, it's the MMO version of Dynasty warriors, with laggy/terrible keyboard controls. Victor of the 5 year fan fic competition! Kevin Butler will awesome your face off.
