Some of you probably know me from the Fallout Wiki, but I'd also like to encourage everyone here to contribute to the Alpha Protocol Wiki as well. It was founded quite a while ago, but now that the game's release is getting close, I decided to work on it a bit more, and just gave it a makeover with a new skin. Anyone else interested in joining in and helping out? Hopefully, once the game is out, the wiki will become a comprehensive guide to all things Alpha Protocol.

Wow, that's pretty cool. Didn't even know this game had a wiki.

"Alright, I've been thinking. When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade - make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don't want your damn lemons, what am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life's manager. Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons. Do you know who I am? I'm the man who's gonna burn your house down! With the lemons. I'm going to to get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!"

It's been up for a bit, and actually has a lot of spoiler-free info considering the game hasn't been released yet.

I may help, but again, 'till I have the game on my hands, I'm not sure how much help I can be.

I was thinking we really need a FAQ on this site, but maybe a sticky-link to the wiki would suffice. Ausir is amazing enough to do a good job by himself.

...you know, if you got the help of funcroc.... :p

Yeah, if you could sticky the wiki thread, it would be appreciated. :p Hopefully after release the wiki will get as active as The Vault. Still needs lots of work, though, to cover all pre-release info we've gotten recently.

Hehe, cool. I've checked out the Alpha Protocol wiki briefly before, but I didn't see that it was Ausir running it. Hope it can become a good hub to check out alternate paths and all that good stuff after the game comes out.

I'm not actually running it, PastramiX is the main admin. I'm just helping out (as part of my job, actually, since I'm now a member of Wikia's gaming team, although in this case it's also a game I'm personally interested in :p). My main personal project is still The Vault, though, although I'll certainly play Alpha Protocol and contribute to the wiki as well.

Yeah, I could use help with keeping up with the recent wave of previews and videos. Or maybe I should just wait until the game is out and add all the info then?

I'd suggest waiting until the game is out since the information in previews can be misleading, as you surely already know working on the Fallout wiki and having seen first-hand how badly previewers can screw up with the Fallout 3 and New Vegas previews. :)

That's pretty kewl

Let me get back to sleeping. I'm tired...

So, now that some people already have the game legally (even if due to broken street date), I once again encourage everyone to contribute. Keep in mind, though, that you're likely to find lots of spoilers there!

good work Ausir!

Once I finish the game and all that, I hope to be able to contribute. There'll be a lot of stuff since there are so many small branches which carry smaller effects as well as the bigger ones.

Ausir are you going to post Side mission in the Wiki?
